21C ミュージアム ホテル レキシントン(21C Museum Hotel Lexington)

The hotel itself was nice. I just didn’t feel that guest services was very knowledgeable or accommodating. Couldn’t ever get the restaurant to answer to order food. The gentleman working valet was very kind and helpful. I was also charged for things from the mini fridge that were not removed. Overall … it was average.

Had a great time staying at this property; the staff were top notch, very kind and incredibly helpful. The fitness center was small but clean and convenient with just enough equipment. Loved the size and layout of the room, we just had a couple lights that didn’t work and the bathroom was always cold, no matter what the temperature was of the room.

Did not care for this hotel. The room was tiny and oddly configured. So small it was hard to maneuver. The hallway floor tile was cracked in multiple places and had dirt caked in the cracks as well as the floor just being dirty overall. The hotel seems to be trying to maintain the original elements of the building (like the floor tile in the halls) but those elements are not in good repair. The bed was comfortable though smaller than expected. The bathroom was large and nice.

Our queen room was very small. The heater was incredibly noisy. Duevto the configuration of the room, the bathroom remained very cold. However, the biggest concern was that there were three school groups there for a Beta Club convention. The professional thing to do would have been to put those of us not connected with the students on a totally separate floor. We had to endure kids runningbup and down the stairs, a lot of banging on the doors in our hallway and could even feel the door slam across the hall from us.

They upgraded us to a corner king, we have 2 huge windows with views of the city. The room is modern and well decorated and comfortable. The art museum downstairs is a great addition. Lots of great restaurants close by

Beautiful building, wonderful staff, tastefully decorated. Lockbox was amazing. Stayed NYE and window overlooked downtown, so it was a bit loud at times. Room was nice, but we could hear doors closing all night.

Not enough bedding. Felt like you were just covering up with a sheet. Could also use a room refrigerator. Room was extremely quiet. Could not hear any noise from other guests.

Outstanding property that is well located. The on-site museum and art works are a wonderful addition.

Girl at the front desk was rude but the rest of our stay was great. Everyone else we encountered there was delightful
