Very clean room we enjoyed the pool but it could use a little more cleaning.

What I didn't like is the cleaning staff started vacuuming outside the rooms at 10:00am and was noisy. Actually, the noise woke me up. Then the power went out in the entire hotel. This means no hot water or air condition room. Most of all what hotel charges for water in the room? Over price!

Staff was courteous and helpful in finding a good restaurant for dinner and answering our questions about the area. The bartender was a joy to chat with after a long day on the road.

The staff were extremely friendly; the hotel and room itself was very clean and well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping came around knocking loudly on doors at 9am when checkout isn’t until 11am.

Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the previous occupants. While the staff did what they could to mitigate the smell it was still present during our entire stay and unfortunate since we had purposely been looking forward to staying there. This was our second return trip to this hotel. Our daughter and son-in-law live in the area and we plan to visit them frequently. Hopefully any planned return trips to this hotel are more pleasant.

I've stayed at many hotels, and some have been great, some have been not so great. Our stay at Hilton was among the best. The AC was great, the pool was clean, and the staff was so pleasant. Our check in person (I can't remember her name) was awesome and everyone was so helpful. I think this will be my go to hotel for visiting friends and family in the area

I travel a decent amount for both business and personal, and often choose Hilton locations. This was my third Hilton hotel visit THIS WEEK, second location in town, and probably the worst Hilton stay to date. Overall the location is clean and up to date. It’s actually a nice place. I would have enjoyed it more if not for the fact that I was very allergic to whatever allergen was present in the bathrooms of both rooms. They switched my room a couple days into my stay and it was a little better but still present. Normally I have allergic reactions like that to mold, as I’m very sensitive to indoor mold. It only took place in the bathrooms. Honestly I’m leaning toward whatever chemical they clean the shower with. Unfortunately because of how much I was sneezing and suffering I never made it to the pool or hot tub, which was actually the primary reason I chose this location. Indoor pool. The folks at the front desk were helpful and friendly. One lady was so overly friendly it came off as patronizing, but she’s just like that. I don’t hold it against her. She was very helpful. Now, I did celebrate my birthday while staying here and when I tried to go get a shot from the bar, the bartender was extremely rude. I mean, the ish she talked about me to the other patrons at the bar was toxic and so loud I heard her from the elevators in the hall and we got into a shouting match back and forth in front of other guests. I had to walk away. Overall a miserable stay. Also, NO WATER PSI!!
