ステイブリッジ スイーツ フェデラル ウェイ - シアトル サウス(Staybridge Suites Federal Way - Seattle South)

When my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel our vehicle was broken into the third night we were there. We went up to the front desk to let them know that our vehicle was broke into and they could have cared less about the situation. Plus in our room are heater never worked, there was no fan in the bathroom which made it very foggy in the mirror. The whole room felt like a swamp related to no fan in the bathroom.

The room was spacious, clean and it was very quiet. Exactly as pictured The breakfast every morning was delicious. I can't say enough wonderful things about ALL the front desk staff everyone was amazing, each one was so friendly and helpful. I stayed for 2 weeks and will be returning again in a week that's how much I enjoyed my stay there. It's so close to the freeway as well as restaurants and shopping. It also felt very safe in the parking lot, which was a big selling point for me as a single person staying there.

The overall accommodations were good. The room has no heat in living areas, only in the two bedrooms. There is no light where stove is. It's very dark.

The hotel room was excellent with a spacious full kitchen and a large fridge. We absolutely loved it! Breakfast was also good. They just renovated and everything was new.

At first look we loved our room. Then we realized the AC didn’t work properly in one of the rooms. The toilet ran so you had to jiggle the handle in order for it to quit. The water pressure and water temperature varied in the shower. The shower was not cleaned and we found a couple different party decorations that the cleaning crew missed. The pillows were uncomfortable on the beds. Other than that everything else was fine.

We search for reasonable priced suites with at least a kitchenette for convenience and staybridg had just that. It was simple with just enough to make do, clean, color scheme was clean and utensils like new. Their reply was prompt when I made an enquiry before our arrival.

My mom and I stayed in a two bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet and spacious. The gym is a decent size and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

There was air conditioneing unit upon my room number 805 so i had big noses all night long. So i call front desk and mike came he said the noise from air conditioning unit so he promised that he going to talk to manager and if i can get compensation But still nobody call me yet. I was so upset that I couldn’t sleep at all
