多少の問題はありましたが、超広いスイートに無料でアップグレードしていただきました。道路沿いの騒音を除けば、その他はほぼ完璧でした。

服務態度好，停車方便，畢竟是國際連鎖酒店，真的不錯

I’ve stayed at this property numerous times a month over the past year. The best thing this property has going for it, is the location. Management and the front desk team all went downhill. That is until recently. It appears the hotel is finally under new management and they’ve hired new faces at the front desk. Rooms have strong AC, good water pressure and the location is nice with the mall across the street and numerous restaurants within walking distance. All the gentlemen I’ve encountered at the front desk are superb. I believe their names are Luis, Daniel and William. They’re all super professional, hospitable and remember me by name. The rooms do tend to have numerous issues with keys getting deactivated, but they informed me they’re replacing all the locks soon. It’s nice seeing Hilton finally investing money into this property. I lost faith in it but thankfully the evening team has restored it.

The Hampton Inn in Federal Way, WA, has really gone downhill. We have stayed there multiple times in the past, but will not be staying there again. Our last stay was in September, 2024. We had booked a king-sized bed room months in advance. When arriving at 8pm on our check-in day, the front desk person said there were no king sized bed rooms available, except one for the disabled on the 1st floor. He offered to “upgrade” us to a queen-sized suite with 2 beds. We accepted. The room was just ok - the tp holder was broken and the toilet paper was just stuck on one of the arms; also half of the hand towel bar in the vanity was missing, so it was not usable. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. We notified the front desk immediately about these issues (we were there for 3 days) because we were charged $150 for incidentals when checking in, but nothing was done. The coffee, which used to be great, was terrible tasting and watery. We did not rent a car, because we had seen a warning in online reviews about the fact that car break-ins in the parking lot are extremely common. (Our daughter/granddaughter live nearby and could pick us up.) Our first night at this hotel there were 20 car break-ins!

On a business trip and stayed at this location for 3 night. Went outside the first morning and found that my truck and been broken into, along with 3 other vehicles in the parking lot. Two nights later went down for breakfast and found out 20 more cars had gotten broken into. Zero security at this property and fake security cameras. 24 cars in 3 nights. My car was 5 spaces from the front door. One car was in a handicap space within 30’ from the front door. The police had told the property has a history of thefts in that parking lot. Something needs to be done. Oh, and they charge you $8 per night to park 🤦🏻‍♂️

This was the most awful hotel I have ever stayed at. They shocked the pool without posting it anywhere or locking the door, several people were exposed to harmful chemicals because of their negligence including my family. Then several car break-ins in the parking lot. People smoking right next to the front door the entire time. No duvet cover on the beds. Our door had been broken into at some point. Awful staff, not apologetic at all about anything! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I would not advise booking this property especially if you are a business traveller. Checked in 07/05 for two nights. Went to the room attempted to connect on wifi and no luck. I went down and they told me it is currently down and “AT&T” is coming to fix it. A couple of hours later I see a bunch of kids in the lobby and the person at the front desk is trying to “fix” the kids phones. Wi-fi these days are critical and considering the hotel’s network was fine and the computer in the business center was working my guess is they turned it off deliberately. The whole two days no fix and at checkout no apology. The room itself was satisfactory but if you have work to do go somewhere else.

Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I have been a diamond Hilton memebers for over 7 years and this is by far the worse run hotel I have ever stayed at. First, they have people park in the fire lane of the hotel to keep cars safe from break ins. A man who was screening at the desk clerk when I arrived had his car broken into 2 in the last month. But it is not safe to park cars in the fire lane. They need to pay a security guard to guard the parking lot.$ My AC was broken for 4 days and each day I asked to have it fixed and they never fixed it. I found out later they did not have in house maintenance. They keep telling me that it worked fine and that it was motion activated. It was not!! It was broken!!! If you stay on the side of the hotel which faces I5, the traffic noise is overwhelming. I was to stay at this location for another week but I left and stayed in the Hampton in Puyallup. It was safe, clean and my AC worked.

DO NOT STAY HERE YOUR CAR WINDOWS WILL BE BROKEN WHEN YOU RETURN TO YOUR CAR IN THE MORNING. IT HAPPENED EVERY NIGHT I WAS THERE MINE INCLUDED. THE STAFF IS VERY AWARE OF THE THEIVES BUT WILL NOT WAR YOU OF THEM OR DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU OTHER THAN OFFER YOU A SNACK. GOOD LUCK IF YOU STAY HERE
