Dirty and old

I tried to cancel my reservation 24 hours ahead of time due to emergency reasons and they told me no. Very disappointed. I will dispute the charge, which is sad because I've been there before and wanted to go after but with that attitude no way.

It’s was terrible unprofessional and terribly unclean cracks in walls phone in room didn’t work but shells around the bed sink leaked and the front desk was rude I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and no reimbursement was given I lost money and time

Dirty rooms. Very unkept. Staff was very unfriendly. Not even able to make a single mole cut of coffee. We checked out the next day. Would NOT recommend!

We stayed here on 12/30/2023. The staff did an excellent job at accommodating my and my daughters needs. The gentleman who checked us in was great. The housekeeping staff also did a good job with having the rooms clean and ready for us, as guests. I would recommend solely based off the hotel staff.

Disgusting hotel which should be a motel or shelter. Paul was amazing with my needs but the rest of the staff was rude and lazy. This place is a dump

The first room the heat was not working. They then changed our room and the tv remote and tv did not work properly. There was a large stain on the floor and when I went to the front desk to exchange my keys for the room change there was a cockroach on the counter.

both the exterior ( facade , "landscaping" and parking) and interior common areas were dingy and not in good repair. The carpeting looked worn and dirty and the hallway lighting was very dim. The room was basically clean but again the carpeting was worn and gave the appearance of not being clean. The side chair also was not appearing clean. The plumbing in this building was quite noisy especially the toilets. Not only ours had a high pitched noise (both following flushing and other random times) but we could hear the same sound from other nearby rooms
