People who worked there were friendly, the room was old and it smells, badroom was old but okay, there are stains in the carpet Breakfast was good.

We stayed for one night at the hotel. The staff at the reception did what they should - but no smiles and no “welcome you”. The room was quite okay for a 3 star hotel. Fairly spacious, clean, but with nothing that could be called luxury. We had dinner at the hotel, and that is not to be recommended. We ordered three courses, and we did get the first and second course within a fair timeframe, but eventually we decided to skip dessert after waiting for 45 minutes after completing our main course - with the used dishes still on the table. None of the waiters seemed to be in charge, and they kept going to and from the kitchen empty-handed. Do not eat there!

I can start by only saying if i could give this hotel a negative rating i give it minus 5 stars.lets begin with the gaged up reception when you first come in(very inviting).when i went to take a shower the shower head flew off.after we reported the shower head we left the room to return that evening and the room was not made up.when we asked at the desk why not the response was if you want your room made up you have to pay extra.(never in my thirty years of traveling)I ve had better breakfast from the gas staion.the absolute worst was the rude behavior at the front desk by front desk staff.(Manager).In are package for are stay we should have gotten coffee and cake after dinner,when we asked about it the response was that it was down at the bar,i said the bar is closed,she said oh ya so go find .somebody to give you coffee and cake. Never again,

Close up cleaning was OK, but the building complex was significant out of maintenance. All what we saw was a house which was over the top on its progress (if any). A major refurbishing activity and some millions € may help .

Vi har været på weekend ophold på hotellet, vi synes, ikke informationen, der vi kom, var fyldestgørende. Værelset, var ok, men der var spindelvæv i loftet, badeværelset lå der sorte hår 2 steder på gulvet, hvilket vi synes er ulækkert, og det var ikke vores, da vi er gråhåret, smiler.

Der er ingen personlig betjening - man får tilsendt en kode til værelses døren - der er kun personale i receptionen i få timer det samme gælder telefon - koldt vand i bruseren Restauranten er slet ikke service minded
