Beautifully renovated hotel, the only drawback was lack of parking and the lift was not operating. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It was conveniently located so we could walk to some great shops and restaurants.

Great room that looked like it has just been redecorated. Immaculate. Lovely customer service.

This is a really cute place with lots of charm. The staff are helpful in general. I was disappointed they didn’t have more parking(paid) but tge city lot nearby works if you use the app and remember to navigate around the time restrictions. Breakfast was good, albeit pricey with few true vegan options aside from fruit, peanut butter jam and bread. Staff are gone after 8, so you have to use your key coming and going. I liked the intimate setting and the location is fine. Beds and bath were ample and comfortable

Tried to contact the hotel to change my booking. No response via mail or phone. Worst experience I've had the displeasure of having. Boutiquehotel Petuh is not recommended based on this. At least they could respond.

Well this petit hotel has very nice rooms. I love the modern design very Scandic. Very nice walk in shower and an amazing comfortable bed. It has a good quality room. Location is very well situated near the city center. You can walk to shops and restaurants and also around the harbor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is petit with some nice breads. I only missing vegan yogurt. Down side is that the rooms are very expensive charging 179 euro pn exl. Breakfast. I would expect more for this price. There is no fridge in the room and no desk where you can work on, no air-conditioning for hot summers,no bar but there is a fridge in the hotel where you can buy a beer and other beverages. The koffie, thee and water is complementary. The hotel is also near a busy road. So allot of traffic noise and soms pedestrian walk by with screaming youth . Some guest take a smoke outside and the smell goes into the room. Overall it's an OK hotel the bed of this hotel is a winner.

Lovely new boutique hotel in the centre of Flensborg. Great rooms, comfy beds, super bathrooms, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast buffet. Onsite parking (remember to reserve a space when you make your booking). Walking distance to town and tourist sights. Our family of four booked two double rooms and stayed for two nights. Highly recommended.

Great value for money. Stylish and modern hotel and rooms. Great bed and pillows :-) Could not get the chromecast to work despite following the instructions. Wonderful breakfast and self-service "bar". Staff very attentive and help some. Challenge on using the key for the frontdoor at night. Finally succeeded, but would have felt more secure with instructions and a back-up plan/number to call if we had not continued trying and finally got in.

New hotel as it was opened last year. King size bed was very comfy, good size room. Wasn’t prepared for an open bathroom concept where you can’t close a door when you shower. Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Very service minded staff at the reception. Complained because the cleaning staff had forgotten to empty the trash and didn’t fill up the box with new coffee capsules. As an apology, we didn’t have to pay for our parking. Good and service minded thinking- thank you! No AC so I wonder how it is when it’s hot outside. Parking for 15€ behind the hotel. Great location with a couple of minutes walk to the middle of the pedestrian street. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be happy to stay here again!
