コンフォート スイーツ フローレンス I-95(Comfort Suites Florence I-95)

The room was not very clean when we arrived. There was gras and mud scattered all over the carpet in the room. Carpet needed a good cleaning. There was debris in the restroom floor. The bathroom was not equipped with sufficient washcloths. However, housekeeping took care of this problem and with a smile. Fruit available at breakfast was overripe. Bread was still frozen. They did have a fair offering for breakfast. Hot water was barely lukewarm with made for lousy tea. The hotel is looking a bit more tired these days.

Overnight stay while driving down the coast. It was clean and comfortable for sure. Staff seemed irritated and not very friendly but they were okay.

Only problem was room we were assigned was not cleaned, had a do not disturb sign on the door, went to front desk and they reassigned us a room.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Convenient access off the Highway. Food options nearby. Hotel breakfast was convenient and adequate.

Enjoyed our stay very much!! Clean comfortable rooms and good facilities overall. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

We try to stop at this particular hotel when we are passing through the area. It's clean, roomy and staff is always friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great with only a few minor issues. Breakfast was good and had a few options for those who do not eat pork. However, the pool was disgusting. Would stay again for the convenience of on/off highway access as well as how close it is to family when we visit.

My stay at Comfort Inn and Suites was simply amazing. The room was clean. I did see a few strands of hair on the side of the tub ,but for the most part everything was clean. I liked the fact that the hotel had breakfast everyday that you stayed there. I really enjoyed my stay ,and from now on when i go out of town I will try to book at Comfort Inn and Suites.

While I was finding sheets for the pull out sofa I cam across a blow up doll with my 10 year old and 14 year old standing there with me. I was/am highly disgusted. I wrapped it in a towel and took it down to the front desk. The hotel was sold out so the only other room available was one that my mother in law had cancelled but was not showing that it was cancelled yet. The lady at the front desk gave me that room. Had that room not been available and it not been 10:00 at night we would have left.
