Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations in every way! Roberta was an excellent host who made us feel right at home. This was a family home that has been transformed into a hotel which brought a level of comfort and peace to the entire place. The common room was fabulous and we went to sleep gazing at the beautiful mural that was painted on the ceiling of our room. No detail has been over looked and if you are want an affordable hotel, located perfectly in Florence with breakfast included do not hesitate to book Casa Botticelli

We loved the location our room was large with an updated washroom and Giacomo was very helpful and polite

Its a perfectly acceptable bed and breakfast stay but not a luxurious stay or at the price we paid. The photos are misleading. The rooms are very small and have been partioned so you can hear everyone walking in the corridors and going into their rooms. Staff were very nice and attentive but it lacks the amenities of a proper hotel which at this price it should be providing.

Easy to get to from the airport via public transport. Cost of travel for 90 mins is EUR 1.50 Nice large clean room. Friendly staff. Special arrangements for Vegans were provided at breakfast. Well located within walking distance of all major sites. Lots of restaurants nearby

Casa Botticelli is a beautiful property! The furnishings, décor take you back in time. The breakfast provided in a gorgeous room is exquisite! Giacomo is a consummate host - ready to assist with your every need.

We had a great stay! We were given clear instructions for check in since we were arriving after 5pm. The Deluxe Double Room was huge, across 2 floors with one full bathroom with shower, one shower room and one other bathroom with toilet. The TV had Netflix and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly, we also used the laundry service to have a suit cleaned which was fast, easily and a reasonable price. The location is perfect, definitely the best area of Florence!

We rarely rate a 5/5, but Casa Botticelli had such amazing services that we cannot help but praising it! Very special thanks to ROBERTA!! She is the best and goes beyond all expectations to make guests feel at home!! Grazie mille!! We stayed at room 1 and it was quite an experience… highly recommended.

Situated in the Oltrano district a quiet area, a comfortable walk from all the sites. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Our room was quirky and comfortable but lacked storage space. Breakfast was conitental in style and completely adequate. We would go back !

O, wauw! everything in this small hotel is just beautiful and the staff is lovely. Next to that the hotel is located near the historic center but not in an over crowded area which enhances to the "dolce vita" feel. When looking for a place to stay in Florence, this is the place to go!
