Barbara was amazing, she really made us feel welcome. The B and B is immaculate and super central. I would highly recommend staying there and we will definitely be back.

Wonderfully welcoming B&B with ample space for a family. Very comfortable, exceptional breakfast pastries and cappuccino included (as well as hot breakfast, fruit, yogurt, and fresh juices). Owner/hostess is warm and friendly and happy to assist with plans and reservations. We would not hesitate to stay again when visiting Firenze. Grazie mille!

An absolutely wonderful experience with a meticulously clean room in a historic building, and an inn owner, who was such a delight, and took such good care of her guests, to the point of baking cakes for breakfast every morning served with delicious coffee from very kind and attentive staff.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this boutique hotel last week. This is a family run business and the owner Barbara is just amazing. She communicates bedfore, during and after your stay via Whats app. She even messaged to be sure we got home safely. I know I have a forever friend in Italy. The only room available was their suite and it was super spacious and would be perfect for a family or a set of couples that wanted to share a space. There are two seperate bedrooms available. It didnt have a view of the lovely courtyard but you literally had to walk out your door to the left and you were outside. The room and entire place was very clean and you can tell they take pride in this hotel. Speaking of the courtyard, it was perfect! One evening we grabbed some sandwiches and a botte of wine and simply enjoyed the peace that surroumded us. It truly was a wonderful and special moment for us. Barbara is an amazing baker and had homemade pastries and lots of food for her guests. She is also has a wealth of information for her guests. She understood our need to get out of the city and she made some incredible recommendations. The location was perfect for us too, it was only a 20 minute walk from the train station. We loved its locatin to the sites yet it was far enough away so you didn't hear noise from the city. I would hihghly recommend Residenza II Villino!

Residenza Il Villino is the perfect choice for a stay in Florence. My husband and I stayed in the family room on the first floor (that was the only room available when I booked) and the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the owner Barbara was delightful as well as very knowledgeable and helpful. She booked us tickets to the Uffuzi the day before our visit. You can easily walk to all the sights in Florence, and the street is residential and quiet. Bravo, Barbara!

Barbara is the consummate host. She's been running this place for years and it shows; it's like you are visiting a friend when you stay here. She can help you with all the answers to any kind of question you might have. We stayed in the Family unit. This is a larger unit than most in Barbara's complex and very comfortable. You're a stone's throw from all the sites here but also well situated for grabbing a morning coffee and croissant with the locals; at a very reasonable cost. The complex has a very nice small garden area in the middle which is comfortable for sitting and enjoying a read or glass of wine. The breakfast is out of this world. Barbara's baking skills are top-notch. In addition to more than enough pastry, there are plenty of other high-quality elements to the breakfast. Some notes; our particular unit did have windows but they opened onto the street so no view. Many of the other units that Barbara has open onto the garden in the middle of the building. We'd definitely stay with Barbara again.
