文句なしの満点ホテル！ 朝食はたくさん食べれるし部屋は綺麗で満足すぎました！ 繁華街を一本横道に入っただけなので、観光も便利！でも静か！めっっちゃおすすめホテルです！

The room I got (112) had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. After a long struggle, I went to the reception and asked for a new room. There was a girl at the reception who spoke only Italian... She came to my room, poured toilet salt, shower cabin - ACID, sprayed some smell in the bathroom, closed the door and left. When I opened the door, a quantity of chemicals washed over me, my eyes started to burn, I started to cough... Even with the open window (in the bedroom), I was getting worse. I went downstairs again (now there was another person) who literally told me: you have two options: stay in the room where you can feel the acid or take another room where the heating is not working!!! I slept in socks and a hoodie, and in the end I threw up from the acid. I'm sorry, I didn't get one.

This Hotel has the best Location, near to the attractions. Rooms are clean, stuff are kind.

Ristrutturato da poco con camere nel complesso carine.... Ma a parte la posizione che è veramente fantastica, il resto lascia a desiderare

地理位置極佳，去大的景點都幾分鐘就可以到達。但是酒店環境一般般，房間雖然大但是洗手間特別小，也有股味道，我朋友的房間沖涼不管往左還是往右都是燙死人的熱水。而且早餐很一般，沒啥好吃的。

Esperienza sicuramente positiva positiva. Hotel abbastanza moderno situato in in posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dagli Uffizi. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e sufficientemente pulita. Prezzo molto contenuto, considerando il tutto. La pecca riguarda principalmente i servizi, quasi assenti e ad un problema riscontrato nella nostra camera: in quanto dopo la doccia il bagno, non avendo nessuna finestra, iniziava ad emanare un odore parecchio sgradevole obbligando ad arieggiare aprendo le finestre della camera (non il massimo visto la temperatura non proprio delle migliori). Anche la colazione molto minimale.

L’hotel dall esterno può sembrare non il top, ma all interno è molto carino. Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro dove puoi girare tutto a piedi. Personale gentile e cordiale soprattutto il titolare.

Piccolo Hotel ristrutturato sicuramente di recente,molto carino, stanze comode e ben tenute, ascensore interno e servizi oltre le aspettative. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima, perfetta per visitare a piedi il centro. Nel contempo anche silenzioso perché defilato un una strada secondaria. Sicuramente consigliato.

Locazione ottimale per visitare i principali monumenti di Firenze. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione accettabile con sala poco spaziosa. Camera ristrutturata da poco e pulita, ma.... Mancavano gli asciugamani viso, tenda veneziana all'interno dei vetri poco oscurante. Il maggior disagio è stato il rumore proveniente dalla strada che non ci ha permesso di riposare serenamente. Non capisco come possa essere presentato come un tre/quattro stelle!

Hotel fica muito bem localizado no centro histórico, apesar de simples, o tamanho do quarto é muito bom, café da manhã simples mas gostoso, cama confortável, enxoval de qualidade, ar condicionado funcionando , tudo muito limpo. O staff muito bem educado e falando muito bem inglês. O único problema era a porta do quarto emperrada e o cheiro do esgoto que voltava pelo banheiro mas eles concertavam quando solicitado. Volto mais vezes é recomendo!

The hotel isn’t great in the low season. Heating was miserable (essentially an ac with an heating option) and didn’t really do the trick a cold Feb night. Moreover they managed to trigger the fire alarm continuously from Saturday to Sunday without any corrective actions.

My room was very small, which is typically ok for me. But it lacked a desk to work from. If you have to take any meetings, it won't work. The wifi was unpredictable. The room also had a very weak heating unit, so it was chilly in the winter time. It also sort of smelled weird. Aside from that, on the positive side, it was clean and felt newish. It's worth the price you pay. So if you want a serviceable room to crash in and want to minimize your expenses, this place is suitable. The staff were all very nice.

A nice boutique hotel hidden between the river and the tourist zone. 200 ft away is Dei Neri street with dining options that are lined up with people who live there. Friendly staff, though not on call 24/7.
