What can you say about this small boutique hotel they take care of you like you home. Amazing place amazing staff made it memorable. Thanks to Thibaud and the boy's everything was amazing. My tips ask to Barman Guy an "Emile in PARIS" or a "My Marcel" my favorites cocktails.

WE LOVED IT! It was a wonderful stay. The owner and staff were so friendly, helpful and fun. One of the staff found out that it was one of our birthdays while we were staying there and surprised us with a fruit plate and cake, all paid for out of his pocket.

Beautiful (men only) Hotel & Spa with Garden & Pool Oasis in Phnom Penh's trendy BKK1 neighbourhood ... but: Sorry Ladies, this one is just for the boys! Location – Arthur & Paul is in the southern part of Phnom Penh's bustling cosmopolitan district BKK1, with a dozen restaurants (like Wild and Ma Ma Thai) just blocks away and even the riverside promenade, the Royal Palace and the National Museum of Cambodia within (a 25-30 minute) walking distance. Impressions – Did you ever on holidays stop before holding your partner's hand or kissing him/her on the cheek and wonder if it was even OK to do so? If not, do not ask why such beautiful hotels sometimes only cater to "*** males only". This is truly a luxury hotel and spa just for the boys! The design is wonderful modernist, with a floating spiral staircase as its centerpiece that winds up two stories – an architecture reminiscent of Corbusier adorned by the art of Jean Cocteau. The rooms are all named after famous *** couples (mine was Tom & Richard, as in Tom Ford & Richard Buckley), the art erotic (yet very tasteful) depictions of couples ... ahem ... doing what couples do. The pool is a dream: an L-shaped basin that wraps around the hotel (and long enough to swim decent laps in) with a garden wall of green soaring above it and a gentle waterfall splashing down from above. The ground floor is a half-souterrain and houses the open air restaurant with views of the garden & pool area. Behind this, the spa area with whirlpool hot tub, sauna and steam room. The first floor above this houses the massage rooms and a reading room overlooking the pool ... above that are the hotel rooms themselves. Room – The rooms are ... huge. Not one, but TWO Eames lounge chairs with matching ottomans, a king-sized bed, a desk ... and still enough room for a Viennese Walz if you so desired (Sorry no pics here because TripAdvisor will not let me upload videos, but hopefully others will have posted pics of the rooms) Bathroom – deep, dark stone walls envelope you when you're under the rainforest shower ... a huge sink in between separates the shower area from the separate toilet: lots of room for all your cosmetics and what-nots. Restaurant – A small menu offers breakfast choices that sadly only have European offers - Eggs Benedict is no problem, but sadly no Kuy Teav. Lunch and dinner, on the other hand, offer a choice of European and Khmer dishes.

Your stay at A&P is a joy. The welcome is warm, the attention of the staff, good care for good food, attention and helping to make your stay a great pleasure. The facilities are good, the rooms are large and the amenities are up to date. The lok-lak as a dish is of special interest as a delicacy.

Arthur and Paul is an oasis amidst the busy streets of Phnom Penh. With nicely appointed rooms where everything is kept tidy and minimalist, resting mid-day or over night is completely rejuvenating. Breakfasts are delicious, French-inspired meals prepared freshly for each guest. The spa is delightful and provides a needed respite for tourist-weary or business trip-fatigued patrons. I highly recommend Arthur and Paul.

This was my second time staying at Arthur and Paul (A&P). We stayed fro 10 nights which was longer than last time, so I think that is a strong indication of my love for this resort. The rooms are amazing, as are the facilities. A&P is located for easy access to anything in Phnom Penh, with a very large shopping centre about 5 minutes from the resort by Tuk Tuk. The food continues to be of good value as is the bar. The privacy of the pool and sauna are provides the comfort one needs for the clothing optional areas. The sauna area is available for resort guests at no additional charge, and local can use the facilities for a fee. Highly recommend this resort for men.

Very friendly staff, nice accommodations and a very good service. Everyone was working together to please the guests.We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to my fellow travelers. Open minded and very relaxed.

It was a very pleasant stay overall. The only drawback was that on Nov 11th, a guest was allowed to smoke in the dining area during the time I was having breakfast, which made me feel uncomfortable. Apart from that everything else was top notch. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay, very comfortable and lovely room, very tasteful. Bed is so comfortable. Great food and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Pool is deep and fresh water . Highly recommended, will come back!

Nice boutique hotel for male adult only. Clean, well managed, centrally located. The common area is nicely decorated to make it feel like a spa/sanctuary. The room is big. Hot water didn't work in our room.

It’s such a tranquil spot in the center of a busy city. The atmosphere is welcoming; staff are well trained and friendly. The food is great, as is the wine. The bar is always lively. Upstairs they’ve remodeled and have a great spa.

I am so happy I booked this hotel, the location was perfect and was a quick walk or a close Tuk Tuk everywhere. The room and public spaces were incredibly welcoming and extremely well decorated and interesting. The breakfast was perfect and I often couldn't finish because it was too much, delicious pastries, eggs, charcuterie, fruits etc. and just well prepared and served. French food in the restaurant was delicious and the perfect alternative to the days and nights when we tried many delicious Khmer dishes out and about in the city. Everything we ate at A&P was great. Me and my partner are both big guys and the bed was incredibly comfortable for us both with giant amazing pillows. The room was always well cleaned and smelled very fresh and clean always, which I loved. There were other couples staying there and everyone seemed very nice. During the day it was very relaxing by the pool, which got sun from 10am to 2pm, perfect for tanning. Also in the evenings when the spa opened to the public there were other tourists and locals that were there and it was a fun lively spa with a very good vibe, great music, nice people. Well worth it and we will be back and will recommend. I was working during the week and the wifi was great, I had lots of zoom calls and never had any issue with connection for working. The owner was around to help me with anything I needed and was a genuinely nice person who you can tell cares a great deal about his hotel and maintaining an exceptional standard. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, it was classy and sexy. Lots of nice guys to meet in the evenings. There was often guys at the bar having drinks to chat with or lots of space where we could go off and do our own thing. Having the spa there everynight for a jacuzzi or steam, sauna, was also amazing. You won't regret staying here.

Spacious room, welcoming service, rich breakfast, good sauna and jacuzzi and pool - all great! The relatively high price is certainly justified. Location - not close to the saught after river front area.

Very nice and clean hotel with comfy bed, the room is very well design with awesome furnitures, the bathroom is perfect and spotless. I like the whattsap chanel for ordering room service and all kind of services in French, English, German or Khmer. The Breakfast is served with French Pastries and Fresh Orange Juices and all other things you need. The Swimming pool and the jacuzzi are great for relaxing, both saunas are well maintain. There is a few people hanging on at the bar for aperitif and it is always nice to gather with other nationnalities. The staff is amazing, as the crowd during the evening on the first floor. I will definitively come back as the owners welcomed and farewelled me as a Queen :)
