シャレー サン ペドロ(Chalet San Pedro)

Este alojamiento es tipo Airbnb, si bien la reserva fue rápida y eficiente, el alojamiento no es preciso en su descripción. Es un departamento con 3 ambientes (puede ser mas, pero solo requeríamos 1 dormitorio) dice: cuenta con aire acondicionado, pero no dice que SOLO EN LA HABITACION y por la temperatura de puerto Rico es insuficiente, sala, comedor, cocina es un sauna. Dice: chalet, la real academia lo describe como palabra de origen francés que define a una propiedad UNIFAMILIAR, es decir, parte desde un primer piso o planta baja hasta segundo piso, en este caso, de chalet solo tiene el nombre, porque es un edificio, sin ascensor y el departamento se encuentra en el 4to piso. imagínense subir maletas hasta el 4to piso y llegar y no tener aire acondicionado, SOLO en el dormitorio. La ubicación es tranquila, pero muy distante del centro, cosa que con el auto se puede soportar. La comunicación con la propietaria o administradora fue muy tensa, porque al hacerle el comentario de que sea mas precisa en su publicación simplemente me trato como persona de tercera clase, muy agresiva en sus respuestas, no sabia ni que nombre tenia su WIFI, es decir. Este comentario que les describo es el que le dije a la propietaria o administradora, pero como se puso tan absurdamente insolente, prefiero dejarlo aquí para que tengan en cuenta otros viajeros y no se sorprendan. Conclusión, si la información fuera clara, no ambigua, ahorraría al propietario y al viajero este tipo de incomodidad. Como concejo, el que se dedica a alquilar alojamientos debe ofrecer al turista y/o viajero toda la información clara y precisa para no tener contratiempos. El viajero no tiene porque saber que la luz es muy cara y que por eso no pone mas aire acondicionado,

When we got to the property noticed there was no light in the bathroom. I contacted the owner and this person said, “there was light before you got there”. We had to use our cell phone light to go to the bathroom. Then I asked for Wi-Fi name and the person went mute. Very poor service and communication.

Loved our stay but there is no air conditioning outside the bedrooms. It helps cool down the space if you use the fan to circle the air.

It was a quiet area the property was clean, stores are 11 mins aways which was really good.

Facilites were good to excellent. Response from manager or owner to questions and issues were responded to immediately. Facilities were not closed to restaurants and shopping areas. You will need a vehicle to move around. Building has no elevator.

The property is beautiful and well kept. The owner is very fast to respond. The view is incredible. Very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. It is hard to Uber from the location. I would recommend a rental car. There are taxis available in the area. There is a little store in the neighborhood. It is a red house with perfume bottles advertised in the front. They sell perfume but not just that. They have everything in there from, shampop, drinks, flashlights, meat, shoes, toys, purses, etc. Back to the apartment again, the bed is comfy, the couch is comfy,great water pressure. The unit comes with lots of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Very safe and gated community as well. We give it a 10 out of a 10.

The property is neat and clean but the checkin instructions can be better.

this is a very cute, cozy, clean and well kept property. Easy and convenient parking. The host was very nice and helpful. the only downside is that it is in the 4th floor with no elevator, however, the view compensates it.
