Well located by the lake with a pool looking onto the lake. The room was small but very clean and had good air con. The bed was comfy too. Basic but clean and well located, quiet and safe. The pool area at the front is nice to chill by with a good view and pool bar

This cute little hotel has a great location on the island, steps from good restaurants and directly facing the incredible sunsets. The staff are friendly and helpful! I really loved our balcony for watching the sunset and hanging up our wet clothes. There is a tiny pool to cool off in the hot afternoons!

Arrived for two nights with group tour. No elevator so hard for some to bring luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Rooms were not that clean and no screens on window. Loud noise from nearby bar. Beds were not big enough for two people. Air conditioning was working and appreciated.

This hotel was fine for 2 nights as part of a tour. The best thing about it was the balcony, it was nice to sit outside and watch the world. The room itself was quite small with really small bathroom, nowhere to put the towels. The bathroom was also quite black in places from mould. As we were at the front it was quite noisy at night. The aircon was really effective.

The hotel has a good location and is very clean. You get towels folded as animals on your bed which is a nice detail. There’s a good selection for breakfast and it also tastes very good. The walls are very thin so you hear everything going on at reception or in the rooms next to you. We had no warm water during our stay but not sure if this is a permanent thing. The staff is nice and helpful. The pool is cool and the terrace has a nice view of the lake.

We had a room with a view of the lake. Great to watch the sun set. Staff was attentive and informative. Nice pool to cool off at the end of the day. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Generally speaking most of the staff was courteous however, most staff did not know their own policies. They had little to no information outside of their establishment and absolutely ridiculous with simple accommodations such as towels. They literally refused to provide extra towels citing it was their policy. This is absolutely a hostel and not a hotel and should never be advertised as a hotel. I personally witnessed the finer desk clerk swindle two foreign guests overpriced transportation to the airport when it’s a set fee from airport to any hotel nearby. Beyond furious and their total arrogance. Their business model seems to be based on the customer serving them and not the other way around. Would never recommend this “HOSTEL” to anyone.
