Hotel charmoso, em expansão, na região da Lagoa da Conceição, próximo às praias Mole e Joaquina. A localização é excelente, mas não tem nenhuma vista panorâmica, fica numa rua tranquila. As instalações são extremamente confortáveis e os acessórios de primeira linha. A atenção dos gerentes e da equipe de governança é impecável: personalizado, solícitos e ajudando em todos os aspectos possíveis. Pontos altos: foi a cama em que dormi com o maior conforto nos últimos anos, lençóis e toalhas da Trussardi, produtos de banho da L'Occitane e o café da manhã: primoroso e farto, com o charme de poder servir no próprio quarto. Tem o serviço de spa que não conseguimos usar pela estadia relativamente curta. Enfim, foi uma experiência memorável e que recomendaria a todos que pudessem desfrutar ao menos uma vez ao vir para Florianópolis. É caro: mas todo centavo foi bem gasto.

What a fabulous hotel! Well maintained, wonderful staff. We stayed in a Master Suite that featured a Japanese style tub. Large spacious room with comfy bed and antique furniture. Breakfast was delicious and a chic pool in the courtyard. Location was in walking distance of quite a few bars with live music and good eats. Hotel guests were mostly 30-60 something couples but the vibe in this part of town was younger 20 something surfer types which was super fun. Praia Mole was a short drive away. We rented a car and the hotel had gated parking.

Wonderful hotel! The staff were top notch! Welcome champagne! Friendly & accommodating to all requests. The breakfast was amazing! Order all you want as it’s included. Rooms were very comfortable and all the linens and towels were fresh, clean, & cushy. Bed was very comfy. Smart tv for casting Netflix. Massage with Angelique was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Request her!! The restaurant was quiet. So if your looking for more atmosphere you may want to go elsewhere. Food was mediocre but not terrible. The *****ni made by Maggie was yummy! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Location is perfect - walking distance to a beautiful lagoon and close to nice beaches and sand dunes if you are the one who like long walks. There are also many shops, supermarket, pharmacies and eateries nearby. A charming decor that catches our eyes all the time. The bistro is such a lovely place. Our room was not the fancy one, but bed was comfy. I just missed makeup mirror and tissue paper. Amenities Loccitane was a good treat. Restaurant and room service - breakfast is included and have a nice variety of options to choose. Restaurant and room service was not available on Sunday (May, 14th) during our stay - we were tired to go out after a long day out and couldn’t have any meal in the hotel. And we were not told about it in advance. We had dinner twice and the food was very good. Compliments go for the waiters at breakfast - Gerusa, Geraldo, Ana and Gabriel. They are all attentive and they take care of us with special care. And would mention Pedro at front desk for good tour and outside restaurant suggestions. Thank you all for being so gentle.

It is an unique experience. All staff is committed to bring the best service and make us to feel very special. The best breakfast we could have. One minor detail as suggestion: make luggage stands available in the bedroom.

Great little find. Loved the entrance. Perfect English from the staff who were super helpful. Breakfast was great that we got ordered to the room and a special thanks to Prescilla (i think was her name) who gave us both an incredible massage. The massage was also free i think either because we are gold members or because it was during the pandemic. Also had free off street parking.

One of my best trips ever , the staff made me feel like home , it’s a paradise on Earth , we extended our stay , every detail was amazing ,the energy of the place and people was legit and beautiful . Definitely will come back ! Visiting from New York City
