Joli hôtel bien situé si on a un moyen de transport, belle vue, piscine agréable . Le petit déjeuner (11€/pers) est servi dans le restaurant mitoyen qui est vraiment top ! Je recommanderais les chambres de l’étage avec vue. Cependant, j’ai regretté que les clims soient un peu vétustes et bruyantes, mais en juin on l’a juste allumée pour rafraîchir 1/4d heure. Regret aussi de ne pas avoir une bouilloire à disposition au moins dans les parties communes. Et j’ai trouvé le lit un peu raide. La piscine est très sympa et calme, et il y a une toute petite plage de l’autre côté de la route agréable aussi ( pas pour nager il n’y a pas de fond mais pour les enfants par exemple)

After reading the mixed reviews about the hotel, we really weren't sure what to expect. Yes, the rooms are dated and could do with some modernisation, but they were very clean. It wasn't too hot for us, so the fans were fine for us but could imagine it would be unbearable without air conditioning in the summer. The food was very good, a nice selection each meal time and it was replenished throughout meal times. There was always freshly cooked meat, fish and pasta to choose from as well as the usual buffet and salad bar. My 3 year old loved the splash pool, we didn't really go to any of the other pools so can't comment on those. The mini disco was a bit hit too, but the timings were quite hard work with a young child. Dinner didn't start until 7.30 and the disco was 9.15. We made it work, but could do with being a bit earlier. The location was beautiful and we went for a little walk on the beach and board walk most days. We also got the bus a couple of times, it stopped right outside the hotel and was very easy to use. The walk to and from the room and facilities wasn't too bad, you got used to it and it was quite nice to walk a meal off. Overall we had a great holiday!

I am a regular visitor to the hotel and always look forward to returning for a relaxing break. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the property is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable. Lovely well-presented meals and good service generally at the on-site restaurant and bar. Excellent breakfast with good selection of fresh fruits, breads, cake/pastries, cereals, juices and a chef for hot food to order (eggs, bacon, pancakes etc). A picnic breakfast can be ordered for early checkout. Short walk to the town centre and beach. Umbrellas available for wet weather.

My husband and I stayed at Insotel Formentera Playa for 1 week. Absolutely loved the beautiful location with easy access to the beach. The staff, particularly Juan at reception and Sebastian at the Pool/Lounge Bar, offered excellent service. The entertainment team—Maria Luisa, Nela, Daan, Alessandro, and Joel—was fantastic and kept the atmosphere lively. I also want to recognise Pedro, Felix, David, and Manuel from the Pool/Lounge Bar, as well as Mohammed from the restaurant, for their hard work and outstanding service. However, I can only give it a 3-star review due to several disappointments. The food selection was limited, primarily consisting of basic options that felt repetitive. We did try a few new items, like burgers one night, but they were undercooked even after we asked the staff to cook them longer. Other nights featured steak and chicken, but overall, the variety didn’t change much, leaving us wanting more. That said, we did love the chicken wings we had on Saturday night! Our room, advertised as a Luxury Superior Double Room with Sea View and Balcony, was also underwhelming. While the sea view was lovely, the room itself was basic and did not meet the ”luxury” description. The bathroom felt outdated and impractical. Additionally, the TUI representative, Erika (Kiki) Daniela, was unprofessional and dismissive when I raised my concerns, which left a sour taste in our experience. In summary, while the location and staff are strong points, the hotel needs significant improvements to justify its 4-star rating. If you're considering booking a ”luxury” room through TUI, adjust your expectations accordingly.

Ho soggiornato per 4 notti in questa struttura e posso dire che la posizione è buona, essendo vicino al mare e al centro. Tuttavia, ci sono stati diversi problemi durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo prenotato due stanze per la nostra famiglia di quattro persone, aspettandoci che fossero vicine. Inizialmente, ci hanno assegnato una stanza al piano terra e l’altra al primo piano.Abbiamo ai nostri amici se potevamo scambiare stanza siccome avevano la stanza vicino alla nostra. Inoltre una di queste era una stanza per disabili. Il bagno di questa stanza era in condizioni pessime: la doccia era sporca e l’acqua si spargeva ovunque perché non c’erano né vetri né tende. Inoltre, il lavabo era estremamente basso dove arrivava sotto la pancia, adatto solo per bambini. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile. Durante il soggiorno, abbiamo trovato una lucertola morta sotto il tavolo della cucina. Nonostante l’avessimo messa in bella vista per farla rimuovere, il personale delle pulizie non l’ha tolta nemmeno il giorno successivo. L’abbiamo dovuta togliere noi…E che souvenir che ci avete lasciato!! Gli specchi erano pieni di strisciate, probabilmente causate da una sedia a rotelle, e sotto il letto c’erano fazzoletti sporchi che sono rimasti lì per tutto il soggiorno a farmi compagnia ogni vinta che mi specchiavo. Ho anche allegato alcune foto per mostrare le condizioni della stanza. Nel complesso, la posizione è buona, ma l’esperienza è stata deludente a causa della scarsa pulizia e del servizio.
