オーシャン マナー ビーチ ホテル(Ocean Manor Beach Resort)

This Hotel needs an overhaul and to be cleaned up. It’s very outdated and has a lot of visible wear and tear everywhere you look. The front desk were friendly but overall it’s expensive for what you get.

The property is by the beach and it was walkable (about 0.5 miles) to really nice restaurants.

Staff was great. Will was a lifesaver. We liked our original room but asked for another due to smells from the kitchen downstairs. Will moved us to another room that was even better than the old one. What a view! We had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay, the staff was great. The property was nice. The only negative was pot smell everywhere, in the halls, out front two guys smoking, trying to eat in the tiki bar someone smoking out back. Thanks again

Outdated. Tacky decor. Food at the Tiki Hut was terrible. Drinks were really expensive. No coffee machine in the rooms. Car got pinned in at valet one day and no body working in the morning of another. Unexplained $75 charge on my bill. Swimming pool was never cleaned of leaves and probably not heated.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible also very hard to control the water temperatur4e

Staff and ownership are friendly and helpful. Great location and restaurants on site are excellent.

This property is owner-based so you are essentially renting through ******* from an owner. With that said, some rooms can be updated and others need of repair. Our room needed a little repair but overall was fine at 700 ft.² I talked to other people and you hear the same story. Lobby was nice. Pool was spacious, the tiki bar, and the food was great. owners of the tiki bar were active with everybody and making sure people were enjoying & the service was good, which it was. A lot of smiles…. Casa Calabria restaurant to me, is a must if you’re staying there. Food was good and the staff was excellent. A couple shops, spa area and hair/nail specialists. Beach access was right there. Overall for the price and if you’re looking for somewhere that you can just stay put for the most part without driving, book it.

Easy location, constructed work a little noisy in early am. Staff was enjoyable and the pool area could have been more attended. We had a wonderful stay
