The staff was very unprofessional I booked a 5 day stay and never had room service once. I had to go to the front desk and ask for new towels and sheets so that I can have clean sheets and towel, I spread the bed myself. The other customers were very noisy and the hall way had an horrible smell everyday even when they cleaned it. In addition I had to report to the front desk everyday when I came in to reactivate my key fob because it continuously got deactivated. Not convenient at all.

I haven’t had the most pleasant experience, the room smelled really bad and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

I am recovering from back surgery and needed a handicap accessible room and took a chance with this hotel which was fairly close to my surgeon's office. While they're many hotels to choose from in this area, i didnt need fancy or frills. All i need is a clean, updated, safe and no nonsense hotel. Well, i highly recommend this place. Ive been here twice for my surgeries and stayed a total of 8 days on two separate occasions. I love this place and the staff is very nice! Rooms are cozy and updated furniture and appliances. AGM was very accommodating along with his well-trained staff! The price is very awesome i must add!

Don’t even try to check in before 3:00 pm. Even though they have rooms cleaned and ready to go,they will charge you $45.00 early check in fee. In many years of travel, I have Never had to pay an early check in fee.

The bed felt like i was in a empty bag of sour patch kids. Sticky and full of dirty. Smelled like a bingo hall and a litter box. Only 1 pillow per bed.

Checked in around 2 AM took 45 minutes to get our room. The guy said there was no rooms but he would find one we went with ******* two weeks prior to cruise. The guy was losing it seem like he was on something really stressed out finally 45 minutes later, he brought us to our room and we had no keys. The beds had no blankets, unbelievable!!Got Key the next day around suppertime but only one for the two of us. They had no more keys. Check in was terrible beds with no blankets froze. would not recommend, especially given we had no keys. Definitely would not recommend proximity to airport and cruise terminal very good other than that not happy at all, especially for what it cost. Also had a quarter roll toilet paper when we got there and no extra toilet paper couldn’t leave the room otherwise we get locked out awful start to a holiday No shampoo or extras here no fridge!! Did not feel safe and had 2 stay 2 nights Not at all happy about reservation!!all the best. Stevo!!!!

The room we were in was very dirty, including having undergarments sticking out from behind the refrigerator by a previous occupant. There was something splattered all over the wall and ceiling. Very unpleasant stay. We were only there for one night. There is not handicap accessibility as stairs are the only way to get to the second floor.

They had no room keys - apparently so many people take theirs with them when they leave instead of leaving them in room or at front desk. If they know that they should be more prepared with extras. There was no remote control in my room. I went to desk to ask for one, staff member said he'd bring one. He did and it was not the right kind. He later bought another and took a long time to set it (watching a YouTubetutorialon his phone to assist). He handed it to me and said "all set!" When he left it was not set, did not work, but I decided it wasn't worth more time.

The hotel had no room keys “because of over booking” according to the person at the front desk. The hotel is fine but I’m not impressed with no keys. The solution is staff can let you in at any time.
