位置很好，從機場可以坐公交到達，走路五分鐘就到海邊，還有游泳池，前台服務很好，熱情，還有白開水，不錯

Royal Palms is always a nice place to stay. Far enough removed from the chaos of the *****, but very easy to walk to. Friendly staff, great area. Short walk to the beach, and they have nice pools, close to great restaurants also.

We chose a very quiet room. Unfortunately, it did not have a phone and the key rarely worked. So, we used our cell phones to call for assistance with the lock. Since the lobby is only manned about 2 hrs. a day, we were usually talking to an answering service somewhere in So. Florida. When we did have someone at the front desk they were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the local of the resort is excellent. Too bad the owners don't care to pay for people to man the front desk and provide phones in the rooms.

Front staff were very friendly when checking in. The room was simple but clean and the area was quiet. We liked the location and its vicinity to places such as the beach and Las Olas Blvd. The only slight mishap was when we tried to book a couples massage (which they advertise on their website) and they stated they could not provide it. We understood but a massage at the spa was one of the reasons we chose this location so it was a little annoying. However we found a great massage place nearby and the hotel associated village bakery was fantastic. We would consider staying here again

The stay was decent. It was tough to find any staff sometimes, the bar was rarely opened and my room was never clean.

Arrived late and had a bit of trouble finding someone to help with checking as the bell was not working. But staff was very helpful and even helped with a room away from the bar area. Hotel is okay, well kept room, good location and access to lots of food options. The pool in the back is not inviting and look unclean and in need of cleaning. Decent

Great location very close to the beach and walking distance to good places to eat and the Hugh Taylor Birch state park. The staff was very friendly - we mostly encountered one really nice and helpful guy who seemed to work 18-hour days. Our room was tidy and clean and felt relatively secluded/private, and we often had one of the swimming pools to ourselves. Good shower pressure. The wifi was sometimes impossibly slow, particularly late at night.

My room had alot of rust in the bathrooms, sheets did not completely cover the bed I was sleeping on the mattress cover. The bed was dusty and I had an allergic reaction. The walls were water damaged and the decor chairs were not clean. The staff was nice but the place is poorly kept.
