Staff wonderful, got in late and courteous check in, food options for microwave, allowed me to borrow plug in for phone charger. John at breakfast was amazing, polite, caring, solicitous, kind!!

Minor glitch with housekeeping as room was not serviced in the three days I was there, but that may have been because of the fact the stay was booked at three individual nights rather than a "three night stay".

It was an excellent experience for us the services were great and the staff were very friendly We enjoyed the pool 🏊 and the food was amazing

I was in the area for work, so, as far as things around the property/view, I'd say it's average at best. I had a ton of bags (which included heavy work equipment that was too pricy to leave in my car, plus laptop, and personal items). I was not asked if I needed assistance, and there were no carts in sight, although it was very apparent how I was struggling with so many heavy items. They also put me in on the top floor in an end room (as far from everything as humanly possible)... which was likely quieter, but a real long haul from the elevator with such a heavy load. I got a lovely view of the interstate, but the noise level was tolerable and black-out curtains sufficient. The room was pretty comparable to most ... but I do have to give kudos for the sheets! OMG, the sheets! I'm kind of a sheet snob and have really low expectations for hotel pillows and sheets ... but I slept in a pillow cocoon in very cool and luxurious-feeling sheets (maybe, just maybe even better than home, and that's a very tall order). As for staff ... they were courteous, to the point, my mouse battery died and they somehow rounded me up a AA battery so I could finish my work. Otherwise, I was going to have to get in my car at 9:30 at night, in the rain, to hustle up a single battery from somewhere. The staff truly came to my rescue there, so, I'll overlook my back and arm strain getting my stuff to my room. The hotel/room were clean, smelled nice, and the air-conditioning was sufficient

Property is tired and dated and a prior occupant had smoked in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. There's good light in the bathroom (a pox on the clown who decided hotel bathrooms should be dark!) The location is convenient. It was easy to find and there was plenty of free parking. I stayed overnight after a concert at the arena, which was surprisingly close by. I had no problem getting Ubers. We had breakfast before we left. The waiter was an absolute joy, but the buffet wasn't great, so maybe eat somewhere else.

The receptionist was very helpful and sweet. The breakfast host was really friendly and helpful too.☺️🙏

Simply stated, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Staff was fine, cleanliness was okay (I found a floss pick on floor upon move in, and toiletries were not provided until requested room clean. ) Very disappointed that we were never informed when booked that the pool would not be available, undergoing repairs. Would not have booked a room there. Did not become aware until saw a small sign at desk upon check in. Would not stay again
