カスタマーサービスは本当に良かったです。何か必要なものがあれば、いつでも利用できてとても役に立ちました。

Gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming & friendly when we very late on a Saturday night. Everything was great except no hot tub in the pool area. (But that was my bad, I forgot to double check if there even was one before booking.) We walked to Culvers for dinner one night because it's on the other side of the parking lot. Some lady said I should complain about that there was only grab & go items on New Years Day for the breakfast but I was told that at check in so I'm not going to complain. Also, most places are closed New Years Day so she should be grateful there was any items at all lol.

We had 5 rooms for our large group, so this is not limited to one room. The hotel was overall dirty and run down. One room had blood on the sheets. One room had ROACHES, yes roaches that scattered when the light in bathroom was turned on. One room had a clipped toenail on the pillow. The door locks did not operate properly. The lemon water in lobby tasted rancid. The pool was dirty. We experienced an argument of the cleaning boss yelling at and berating her employee for a solid 5 minutes about him not using the tablet he was assigned. I NEVER review hotels, and I live in hotels for 3 months each year as I travel for business, but this one needs to be alerted for the sake of other travelers.

I liked the location. Could’ve been a lil cleaner and the breakfast didn’t have any meat options.

Room 302 was quiet and the breakfast was good. I fixed the toilet flush valve chain to stop it from running constantly. There was no shampoo in the shower dispenser.

We always enjoy staying at this Comfort Inn. The location is convenient to one of our favorite restaurants and we are just a short drive from the main shopping and attractions downtown.

There was a lot of outside noise: one or two nights like a semi cab running; one morning someone arguing on a phone call at the smoke stand.Might be normal for that area. When first walk in room a strong musty like, Stinky foot smell

Stain on the ceiling above the bed on the third floor (needs a lot of paint), wallpaper in bathroom is peeling, no black out curtains, initial comforter had a stain on it. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs (changing comforter and room service was good). Older place - might visit again if more renovations are in place in the future. Bed was comfortable, and it was quiet for the most part. Some noises in the morning during customer change over where staff was cleaning rooms.
