This hotel is not just old school in its design but also old school in its mindset. Be prepared to be discriminated against by the colour of your skin. The body language and demeanour of the staff is to keep you off. Right from the time we arrived to the time we left( a family of four in two rooms) we were made to feel unwelcome. The property was hosting a bunch of French vintage rally drivers who seem to be the first class customers and we the havenots having paid the room tariffs. It started with we being asked to park at the rear of the building although there was ample parking space in the front. The people in the bar even told us that they don’t serve any food until we protested as there are no eateries close by at 8 pm unless you drove 2 miles to Fort William.Breakfast was another torture with even coffee not replenished in time. All in all a black spot in an otherwise lovely Scottish holiday.

The building and the furniture are very old. The choices of the buffet breakfast are limited.

I really like this hotel. The view is amazing, and the reception is very friendly. They also have a restaurant and bar downstairs, which is really a saver for us after a long day of driving.

酒店基礎設施對於大行李箱的旅客很不友善。飯店內的設施與裝潢偏舊，但結合價錢的話，非常有性價比。位置離小鎮上仍需要開車15分鐘左右，酒店外就是湖景。 一定要吃早餐，早餐菜色豐富，補充及時，配上落地窗外的風景！大推

位於尼斯湖畔公路旁，車子很多，黃昏、早晨欣賞山色湖光，空氣清新舒爽，然離市區較遠，需搭taxi，不過也算方便，服務不錯，早餐好吃。地板會響，水壓不足，淋浴水很小，有待加強！

環境非常好，位置很好找，就在湖邊，早餐種類就是典型的英式早餐。離市中心就三四公里，開車十分鐘左右就到了，很方便，是高地之行的很好的選擇。

這是一家威廉堡要避坑的酒店。槽點太多～一開始先是給錯房間，進了房間被要求換房。然後，門是用老式的門鎖，很不容易上鎖，讓人來修，一頓飯吃完都沒人。好不容易來了，掰扯半天，也不讓換房。本來房費含晚餐，也算加分，結果退房時説要的三個麪包要付三鎊。。。

很一般，一箇中途落腳點而已，別報太大期望，衞生情況一般，並且有大蜘蛛，訂的雙人早餐到了餐廳説沒有，又反回去找前台發現是弄錯了，這才吃上早餐，並且早餐品種不豐富，國內最多算2星

酒店除了位置不錯之外，其餘都不合格，因為設施殘舊，房間清潔度差，浴室坐廁及通風差，性價比極低，不會推薦租住
