我住過的最差的酒店。威廉堡房子在八月很難定。我在網上看到的房子寫的高級艙房。我確實沒有理解房間的意義。去了才知道像個高級活動板房。大約十二平方。不像攜程描述的那樣十五平。我一進房子一股汗臭味。房子因為在空地上，很冷。有加熱系統，但是升温很慢。我加熱到十一點才二十度。浴室一平左右，我無法在裏面洗澡。湊活和衣睡了一夜。關鍵這樣的房子在這個時間一晚上是2200多。我們定了兩晚兩間。睡了一晚上，我堅決不想再呆了。老闆不退房。攜程覺得我是優質客户，退了500元給我。我簡直覺得是個大坑。早上的早餐是點餐加少量自助。不好吃。感覺是自己做的香腸。難吃。

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice, dinner at the restaurant was excellent and we really enjoyed a few beverages at the bar. The grounds were pretty being right on the river. Our room was spacious and pretty comfortable, though at the price point for the room, felt that the amenities could use some love and attention. Even just better pillows and small refurbishments upgrades would make a big difference. We’d definitely consider staying again, but would compare against what else is available in the area.

The room was a disappointment in poor condition lacking routine maintenance. Rusty door hinges in the bathroom, lights in the mirror did not work, the toilet seat was loose and was the wrong size. The rooms walls and carpeting had spots and stains.

The views of the loch and terrain are beautiful. Staff was excellent. Food was great. Our room had the best views as did the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

The hosts, chefs and food were fabulous. The location to die for. The pods were a tad different. Not bad- just different.

The property was located in a beautiful garden on the edge of the loch. The view from the dining room was spectacular. It was close to all of the things we wanted to see in Glencoe. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel could use a little bit of an upgrade as it is getting dated but it was still charming.

The location is great and we were grateful to stay in the Highlands last week. However, the hotel accommodations left a bit to be desired. To start the room was very warm and there was no air flow even with the window open. It was cool enough outside but ventilation was poor. Some minor updates could go a long way for summer guests. The bed we had was comparable to a pull out sleeper sofa. I don’t suspect all rooms had this type of bedding but I was disappointed that’s the room we landed.

Good location, breakfast really nice, the assistant at the desk where you check in was a bit frosty, apart from that a nice place

Beautiful location with a hiking trail right next to water. The staff were friendly yet professional. Would definitely stay here again.
