We’ve stayed in a new king size room - it was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Used a special offer 3 nights for the price of 2. Good safe location just 15 min walk from the heart of the village. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 2 days in a luxury suite on the first floor,over looking pool with fantastic views of the mountains. Our room was to a very high standard, wonderfully quiet and well appointed. Excellent breakfast was provided. The property is situated about a 15 min walk right into the centre of town where top restaurants shops and bars are situated. Spent a day on the wine tram, which is a must, and there is a free shuttle from the kiosk at the end of the street. We couldn't fault this B&B and would highly recommend it for your stay in Franschhoek

We stayed her for 4 nights in January. Our room was in the new build extension and have to say it was very nicely done. Room was spacious and tastefully decorated as was bathroom with a lovely big walk in shower. Only problem with room 8 was there was a door at the back which led to office space and stairs to upstairs rooms. Although you didn’t hear much noise there was a guest who decided to chat outside that door for about half an hour one morning. It was early and annoying as we were still in bed. The ladies serving breakfast were lovely. Sadly they lacked a bit of training and we always had to ask for something, be it a spoon or a napkin. Breakfast was nice enough but my issue was the flies in the food. Much as they had clingfilm over the fruit, yogurt etc initially, once that was removed it didn’t go back in again. They could do with some sort if covers as it was off putting seeing flies in food. The guesthouse is approx half a mile from Main Street. Much as Franschhoek is safe we would walk in and taxi back as it’s uphill and could be tricky in the heat. The pool area is lovely with comfy loungers and most of the time there was no problem getting one. This is a lovely guesthouse that just needs a few tweaks to make it perfect.

Pure joy! We had a superior king room and it was absolutely beautiful. The pool area was great and there is a terrace where you can see the stars at night. Super clean facility and the breakfast was fantastic. It takes about 15 min to walk to the little town but it felt very safe (even after dark). Great staff and I will definately come back.

The property is lovely, modern and clean. The staff also were kind to let us drop our belongings in the room early before checking in so we could head out for the day. The one thing that this guest house desperately needs is a generator for loadshedding. Its not their/the staffs fault that loadshedding happens but in 1 night’s stay we had 3 long power outages and a generator would make the guest experience a lot better.

Lovely property in a good location. Great breakfast , staff and pool .
