部屋は汚く、夜間受付係は非常に失礼で、予約料金を2倍請求されました。私はすでにオンラインで支払いましたが、彼は再びホテルで支払うように求めました。夜間スタッフを交換するか、顧客に対して良い態度をとるように彼を訓練した方が良いでしょう。

私はTripを通じてホテルの部屋を予約し、支払いをしました。フロントに到着すると、ホテルは満室であると言って、帰るよう親切に勧められました。その曲が私のアカウントから引き出されていたことを知るのは、本当にスキャンダルです。

価格と品質の比率の点で良いホテルで、朝食も美味しい

4階は比較的静かですが、靴に床が張り付くのでタオルで拭く必要があります

絶好のロケーションと非常に清潔な設備

三つ星とのことですが、いいとこ二つ星レベルです。冷蔵庫もコーヒーポットもありません。部屋はシンプルそのものです。 ホテルの周りの環境はどちらかというと夜は歩きたくないレベルです。Wi-Fiも壊れて使えませんでした。唯一、良かったのはホテルの隣にスーパーマーケットがあることですね。

建物は写真よりも古く感じましたが部屋自体は清潔感がありました。個人的な感想ですが周辺の環境がイマイチでちょっと気になりました。

Nothing was as in the photos, the staff only spoke french and the room was so dirty we had to find another place to stay

Day time staff was rude and unfriendly. In response of any inquiry, they used to show attitude, rudeness and disrespect. The Manager was highly disrespecting, and rude. We were scared to deal with day staff.

Is this a 3 star hotel? The motel in the very countryside is even better than this! There is no soundproofing, the room smells of cigarettes, and the bed cushions are all broken! The toilet doesn't drain, so everything comes into the room. What kind of 3-star hotel is this? Oh my friends! Don't be surprised if there will be some unknown body hair on your bed and in your room!

I stayed here for one night. the staff is very kind and ready to solve any problem. good breakfast

Air Conditioner did not work in room, stained bedsheets, no trash can in room. No amenities, front desk staff is disappointing (only one guy gets an A grade). Area is ok.
