Good they are always nice and they accommodated us on every level to the best of their ability. The location is close to both of our parents house. So we definitely will be staying with them again……..
This hotel should be rated number one in Fresno. Very, very clean. Outstanding free breakfast that is kept up moment by moment, strong shower pressure, very quiet, updated, maids work hard to service your room in a timely manner, beds very comfortable, sheets very soft, A/C works perfectly, and they give you a free shuttle ride to and from the airport, yet don't hear any planes. Perfect launching location to Yosemite and Sequoias.

We stayed here for one night on our way home from yosemite. Perfect place the stay if going to the airport the next day. The dr rental return is so close and the makes it for a stress free morning. The room was exactly what we wanted, clean, comfortable, and good tv options. The continental breakfast in the morning is actually quite superb. We checked in, slept great, had breakfast and left. We had a great experience. We would stay again if in the area
The rooms are very nice and the breakfast was extremely good...a variety to choose from...My only reason for rating a 9 or 4 star... first time entry of the room it was a little stale...that was easily remedied, a little air freshener... swimming pool area was all it look to be...gorgeous and peaceful...stay and see for yourself.
The customer service at this hotel was top notch! They were very accommodating and friendly. It is hard to find good service these days, so it was a welcomed change. The atrium was beautiful. Good food too.
Although there were some minor issues with employee attitudes and the lack of the bar consistently being open, the stay here was amazing. The fountain-pool, although it can be cold, and breakfast were enjoyable. The rooms were neatly organized and provided adequate space to walk around. Most downstairs units have patio doors which allow you to sit outside and enjoy listening to the waterfall pool. The front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hospitality crew is mostly Spanish speaking, so it would be helpful if you are bilingual or have a translator ready. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.
Upon checking in, the hotel was nice and clean. The staff greeted me immediately and was really nice. Evelyn took care of me and got me checked in and showed me where to park closest to my room. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. In the morning they had a buffet for breakfast, it was a nice variety of foods that was always stocked up and delicious. Christian was great and even offered to help me get my plate to my table while I waited for my toast to be toasted. Pretty cool place. I would definitely stay here again.
ゲゲストThis hotel has construction, and we were only told upon check-in to expect an 'inconvenience.' The noise beginning early in the morning on Monday, the second night of our stay, was absolutely unbearable, and ruined our morning on the day of preparation for a relatives funeral. Literally sounded like a jackhammer on the wall outside our room. They’re doing stonework. There's dust flying everywhere. There's loose plaster on the carpet in the elevators and the hallways. Construction workers come and go in the elevators alongside customers with all their equipment and mess and noise. There's an operating cherrypicker in the registration area of the parking lot with no safety cones. You walk out the East guest door on the first floor into a total hardhat situation with people doing stonework on ladders overhead, construction material blocking the exit, and the door is usually propped open all day. I politely told the front desk that we unfortunately needed to check out 2 days early due to the noise, and requested a late checkout to 3pm because we had appointments at the church, and funeral home, and hadn't planned to have to change hotels today. Note that I'm a platinum member, and didn't expect this to be an issue whatsoever given the unusual circumstances. I was denied, and asked for the manager, who promptly flatly denied my request with literally the rudest most uncaring expression and flat tone possible. I reinstated my request and attempted to explain my situation, and the manager admitted that the hotel was not booked (obviously because my room was already spoken for for 2 more nights), but still, she flatly denied me. She finally told me it was because the hotel could experience 'loss of revenue.' So I'm here to tell you that if revenue is more important than customer experience or showing compassion to a customer you placed in a difficult situation, I will no longer be staying at La Quinta. I'll certainly never step foot in this one again, in a town I visit every month. And I’ll be demanding a full refund from La Quinta Platinum Customer Service, let’s see where that gets me. I also recommend anyone else over the next few months seriously reconsider. I don't care about your loss of revenue. Close this place, finish it up, and reopen. With a new manager. There are several really nice hotels with similar rates in the immediate area.
