WORST HOTEL I'VE EXPERIENCED. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS. I had a 3 night reservation for $664/night! I booked a luxury hotel and this was not it. I left after the first night because the door wouldn't close, the sink wouldn't drain, the bathroom had mold in several places, the tub had sticky stuff on it, no front desk staff, the sink faucet was difficult to turn on because it was so loose, shoddy damaged furniture, hair dryer didn't work, front desk didn't have any extra hair dryers (it was 3 degrees outside), ceiling had splatter marks, no bedskirts, stained lampshades, bathroom vent fan screws protruding at least an inch, dirty everything, empty amenities shop, card reader Scotch taped to front desk, no staff at front desk, front desk phone not answered, called ChoiceHotels (parent company) to complain and was promised a call back within an hour from Adam the manager (that was 5 days ago), attempted to reach front desk again today and no one answered the phone, had to get the manager's name from ChoiceHotels because the front desk refused to provide it and no response from Agoto (third party booking agent - in spite of a promised call back from a manger). This was supposed to be a high end experience according to ChoiceHotels' Ascend property descriptions. It was at best basic.
