宿泊施設はまあまあでしたが、トイレが欠けていて、隣に建設現場があるため、日中はうるさく、シャワーは標準以下だったらもっと良いでしょう。しかし、スタッフはフレンドリーで、屋上からの眺めは素晴らしく、場所は理想的です。

I stayed for 2 weeks. Had been there before. Had room 516 with small balcony. Some rooms on one side of hotel are facing a new extension with no view. Just had breakfast only. Plenty of choice. Very bright dining room 6th floor with views over the city to the sea and up to the mountains. Has large sun area on roof above dining room. Friendly cheerful staff. Internet access and computer desk for guests. Very busy hotel. Hotel is uphill from city. No parking space, but lots of underground car parks nearby. I used Parque 5 de Outubro on street of same name €4 per day. Ony 4 or 5 minutes walk from hotel. You have a pass to go in and out any time of day or night. There are others nearby. There is a car park in Rua dos Netos €6 per day. Along the Rua dos Netos there is a small corner shop selling a bit of everything. Drinks, wine, fruit bread etc. Busses pass near hotel going to Monte etc. Get a GIRO card 50c and have journeys put on card €1.35 each €1.95 on bus. Bus to Monte Nos. 21 & 22.

Lovely hotel, very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort and very good value for money. Hot shower, comfy beds and so clean and nice. The only draw back was very difficult to park (no parking at Hotel) and one very noisy breakfast member of staff slamming plates and cutlery eager to finish breakfast both mornings at service half an hour before the end of service. Made breakfast a bit uncomfortable. The rest was excellent and would definitely return. Lovely Hotel and lovely staff otherwise. Definitely worth a visit and look forward to returning.

Hotel location was excellent..staff was very nice... On the downside , there's construction happening right next to hotel so be prepared to hear noise starting at 8am. The reviews about the water temperature changes in the shower is still happening. The roof top terrace and location is what sold me on the room. Over all i would return and recommend it Breakfastbuffet has goodchoices.

Stayed here on a weekend trip to Madeira. It is very centrally located just a few minutes walk to the main area of Funchal. Hotel was spotless, and breakfast was good. Exactly what i would expect from a 3 star hotel. We will stay here again.

I have stayed in the otel earlier this year and it was a comfortable otel the receptionist was very helpful I suffer from claustrophobia and confined spaces since I was in military I need a large window or balcony on arriving late at night at this otel I went to the room withy case and it had a very small window I started to shake and sweat my breathing got difficult I went down to reception explaining and they gave me another room I offered to pay Extra they refused the agent I booked with did not tell the otel I was so grateful to the receptionist I am 70 + yrs old the food is excellent and the staff I booked to go back there two months ago I arrive at the otel on the 30th October 2023 for 8 days hoping they have explained to otel and I get room with windows the night porter or receptionist even organised a cab and sandwich for me to take to the airport at 4 am last stay I was there good decent otel

Check in time is 1400. Arrived at 1355 told by receptionist check in time is 1430 and to wait in the reception area until 1430. Another traveller arrived at 1420 and was promptly checked in. Gave me a room next door to a construction site with ongoing work. Unable to open windows due to dust and fumes. Travelled to over 50 countries and this is my first Tripadvisor review. Avoid this hotel.
