This hotel should be called the Imperiale Napoleanic Hotel. It has grandiose ambitions towards 4 stars whilst delivering a very disappointing experience to its guests. Despite the presence of antique items in the reception area, the reality is far less grand, much more in keeping with the uncomfortable plastic thrones on the terrace. Firstly..the room. Shabby, uncomfortable mattress and flat pillows, smelly bathroom with no working extraction system, no complimentary toiletries other than a tiny bar of soap and a shower cap. The fridge is off and empty, no tea & coffee and no drinking glasses. Now to the restaurant..oh dear !!. The decor is totally over the top, overlit to the point of being blinding, and horror of horrors, each table is decorated with a piece of coral in a bowl. Breakfast is supposed to be a buffet. It is not. A table separates the guests from the food trays and one must queue to point to the waiter to indicate what you would like him to place on your plate. My husband was shouted at on the first morning for wrongly picking up a large plate. He angered the waiter again when on another morning, being in a rush and finding no waiters in the restaurant he started to serve himself. What a nerve !!!! I only attended breakfast once. Far too stressful and the offerings are meagre. eg: the only fruits available were prunes and plums which the server handed to you in the tiniest of bowls. The management is not concerned with environmental issues, as the water and watered down juices are served in plastic cups. Why not a glass? The first course at dinner was also supposed to be a buffet. Again, one had to stand back and point to unidentified dishes and be served by the waiter. The next two pre- ordered courses were mostly inedible, followed by a no choice dessert. The staff in the hotel were not particularly friendly or helpful. I hated the atmosphere in the restaurant and if only other places were open nearby, would have eaten out. One evening we met some interesting fellow guests and were finishing off our drinks in the lounge area. At around 11.15 pm a member of management, who I nicknamed Lurkio, passed by a couple of times with a glowering expression and proceeded to turn lights off. There is NO way, in any stretch of the imagination, that this hotel deserves those 4 stars and should be re-assessed, in fairness to other hotels like the nearby Sans Souci which thoroughly deserves them. Don't even think about staying in this one. The only good thing about it is the proximity to the beach and there are plenty of hotels that benefit from that.

長所 絶好のロケーション ほとんどのスタッフは非常に快適なWi-Fi無料と高速 良いシャワー圧力 短所 改装中 フルレンジミラーなし 小さなバルコニー。 1日20ユーロの小さな駐車場 プールは暖房されておらず、より多くの(毎日)掃除が必要です。プールの周りの日差しが不足 近くのスポーツイベントに出席しながら、4泊(大人3x、ティーン1x)に滞在しました。ホテルに入ると気持ちよく見えました。しかし、部屋に入ると、古い湿った匂いがしました。冷蔵庫が機能せず、何度か報告しましたが、修正されませんでした。バスルームのシンクのプラグに問題がありましたが、プラグを完全に取り外して修正しました。ハウスキーピングスタッフは限られた条件で素晴らしい仕事をしました。部屋は非常に狭く、ドアの後ろに荷物テーブルがあり、完全に開けることはできません。バスルームは古く、古く、ネギになりやすいです。ただし、シャワーの圧力は良好です。滞在の途中で、ホテルは新しい管理下にあると言われました。これは今後数ヶ月で完全な改修をもたらしているので、ある朝8時前にハンマーとバンパーの音に目覚めた理由を説明します。私たちは再び滞在しますか、おそらくそうではありません。同じように素晴らしいロケーションにあるこの地域には、同様の価格でより良い施設を備えた非常に多くの代替手段があります。

What a delightful hotel with delicious food and great service. Our room had a wonderful sea view, was very clean and good storage (with a fridge and safe). The balcony was a lovely place to sit at any time of the day or night. We were on half board basis which was ideal. Breakfast had a great choice of fruit, pastries, meat, cheese, egg, bacon, juices, bread etc etc. You could ask for your eggs cooked any way. The evening meal is buffet style for the first course and dessert with three choices each for the second and third courses. We both thoroughly enjoyed all the meals we had. The Italian/Lancashire maitre de is wonderfully efficient with a great sense of humour. The waitresses and waiters are friendly and helpful with great service. The bar and reception are together on the ground floor, all the staff gave a warm welcome, were helpful at all times and enhanced our stay. The area is welcoming and comfortable. We went on the half day trip to San Marino which was well worth doing. There are four swimming pools, some people were braving the outdoor pools, I stuck to the heated indoor/outdoor pool which was perfect at this time of year. Gabbice Mare had largely shut for the winter but we found a different cafe each day for lunch. Lovely walks all round, especially the promenade. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and give thanks and appreciation to all the staff. One word of warning - the mosquitoes were on the hunt (they love my blood). Take your spray and use it night and day.

Mi sono trovata in questo albergo a causa trasferimento da altro chiuso per il mal tempo. Valutazione molto positiva per la posizione a 5 min dalla stazione a piedi e a 5 min dal Palazzo Congressi dove dovevo recarmi. Poco distante dal centro commerciale. Personale estremamente gentile. Subito ha rimediato a fornirmi altra coperta e un termosifone portatile poiché il climatizzatore era impostato a rinfrescare la stanza. Colazione abbondante e ottimo servizio del personale.
