Didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendly staff

It should be removed from the hosting list. Good attention at check in. Disappoin**ent when arriving at the room, an invasion of cockroaches coming out of the floor carpet, torn sheets with cigarette burn holes. Dirty bathroom and in poor condition. Room with unpleasant smell. Old and dirty furniture, rusty lamps. Horrible sanitary conditions. We left the place and went to another hotel.

The room was filthy. The tub did not drain. I have no idea what they clean the sheets with - they smell like a chemical. The beds are sunken because they are so old. Dirt on the walls etc. Then their was the roaches. If you want to pay someone to be punished this is your place. ******* should not list this property.

Bed Bugs. They had frickin’ bed bugs! And that was in the second room we were offered because the first one was admittedly not even cleaned! ***udge!?! To make it worse after we discovered the bed bugs we of course demanded a refund and the clerk kept telling us no refunds. I had to explain to this dude repeatedly for twenty minutes how you cannot take someone’s money when you cannot do the single job you are accepting a fee for - which is offer a sanitary room! Again ***udge!?! After we finally received our refund we ended up sleeping in the car because it was a better option than staying at this landfill! One more time… ***udge!?!

Avoid, room was dirty I told front desk person he said he will send someone with vacum but never came. Police had to came that night to check a disturbing people in next room. Do not waste your money. Thank God it was for 1 night only.

Run down old motel , poor fitting sheets, rough tiny towels damaged furniture. A great value at $59 but it wasn’t.

The place is ok for what it is. It's not fancy, at all. A lot of ppl won't like it bc they will feel it's a trap hotel but it's honestly just for those who can't afford to stay at the Hilton or the Wyndham. Your stay is what you make it too bc maintenance is rude.

I like the location. Right down the street from campus and a lot of food options all around. Lots of stores too.

Good location. Older but clean rooms, desk clerk was most efficient and polite.
