ハンプトン イン ギャラティン(Hampton Inn Nashville/Gallatin)

I have text messages that I have sent to Jaceyln and talked with the Manager on site Jasmin about my disappoin**ent as two maids entered our room without our permission and I was sleeping while my husband was reading his book. We had until noon to check out... I have serious health issues and for this to disturb my rest and getting ready is very unacceptable. The hotel itself and room were perfect except the maids. We would like a full refund thank you.

Super clean and comfortable Hampton Inn in Gallatin. It is not new but gives off a new vibe- the front desk check-in person was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were really large and the bed was very comfortable. the internet was down in the hotel and they had the AT&T folks there working on it- I do not hold that against the hotel. We did not eat the breakfast since it was crowded and I do not like crowds so I cannot speak to that but would definitely recommend if you are in the area. If I have one recommendation it is that they include TV instructions in the room. To get the Guide, you have to go to Channel 2 which is not really intuituive for those of us who have a Guide button on our remotes at home.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was okay. Unfortunately the wifi was not working at all due to a problem with the router. We find it essential each day as we travel. No offer to reduce the rate at all, only sorry. Major problem is that the roon doors have no tension adjusters on them, including the outside ones, so every time someone goes in or out of their rooms or outside, there is this intermittent banging during the evening until about 11 and then it begins again about 5-5:30 for the next couple of hours. Not a very restful sleep, which includes the creaky, soft beds.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so nice, the food was good, the amenities were nice. It was a solid experience.

The first floor accessible room with roll-in shower was excellent. The fold-down shower seat was very secure and strong, and the shower appliances were easy to reach. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet even though it was close to an exit. Great room.

Lady at check-in was welcoming. First impression...excellent.

Staff was attentive, kind, professional, and went out of their way to meet our needs. Not just one staff member did this, but every single one we encountered could not have been any nicer. Room exceedingly clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Breakfast was good and staff kept the area spotless and the food well stocked. Would absolutely stay here again. Very nice hotel.

We checked in June 30 in the evening. I don’t recall the front desk clerk’s name, but she was so kind & friendly! After a long day of driving, I so appreciated her smiling face!

Nice hotel. Only stayed one night on business but very clean and comfortable.
