脳がピクピクして、なぜこのホテルを予約したのかわかりませんでした。非常に辺鄙な村にある、B&B のようなものです。どうやって 4 つ星を付けることができるのでしょうか? ドアに入ると、ウェイターはそれを見ましたが、何の指示もなく向きを変えて立ち去りました。ドアは蚊に囲まれ、無数の蚊が人々の周りを飛び回り、一瞬にして無数の袋に刺されてしまいました。 部屋で食事をするときは、ウェイターがテーブルや椅子を移動させて料理を運んでくれました。普通のチャーハンと焼きそばの値段は5つ星で、普通の5つ星ホテルよりも高いです。 夕食後は休憩してください。トイレに紙がないので、電話して配達してください。 部屋にティッシュがないので送ってください。 シャワーの排水溝が詰まってしまった… この問題もあの問題もウェイターに解決を求めてきました。 枕のシーツがどういうわけか汚れていたので、自分のタオルをその上に置きました。 朝食、ハエがたくさん飛んでいます。 地元のチャータードライバーたちも、ハエや蚊が嫌いなので、ここに滞在することを望んでいません。

絶妙な小さなヴィラ、おいしい食事、とてもシンプルな装飾。 海から少し離れた奥まった村に、意外とこんな素敵なホテルがあるので、車を持っていて地元の田園風景を楽しみたい方にはぜひ宿泊していただきたいです。 夕食を食べに来た多くの地元の家族に会いました。ボスはとても親切で、全体的な経験はとても良かったです。

距離市區有半個小時，周圍都是農田，出入要叫突突，前台主動多給了兩瓶水，家裡有長者行動不便，早餐也送上房，床品還可以，但是洗澡熱水和驅蚊器要和前台説一下

酒店在村落深處，地理位置比較偏僻，不過很清靜。 早上的叫醒服務是樹上的孔雀提供的，很特別。 房間很大，廁所也很大（斯里蘭卡廁所都好大😄），就是室內裝修和室外不太協調，有一種“把錢都花在室外，沒錢裝室內了，就隨便糊弄糊弄吧”的感覺。 早餐是定食那種，會問你需要哪種做法的雞蛋，其他都是吐司、水果的常規搭配。

衞生：很好，挺乾淨的！ 環境：也挺好，室外有游泳池，室內房間也較為寬敞。 服務：早餐一般。 設施：水比較小，吹風機是壞的，浴室下水管也不通暢。

Greeny environment with a well maintained rooms, garden and a clean pool with an excellent service. The location was perfect for seeing all the sites. tasted the real srilankan rice & curry arranged by the host. Enjoyed the stay here with family.

The place is nice, rooms are spacious. But the food and service made it a very bad stay for us. Started off with lunch - they didn't follow the instructions we had given them for the lunch menu. And the worst part is no one willing to take the blame. Lakshan said he informed kitchen but kitchen said they didn't know! The Sri Lankan menu did taste good but it wasn't served hot hot. As a group we requested to make a pot of tea, but they said it'll be charged additional. And mind you, we weren't paying a small sum for the place. We requested pancakes for English breakfast but those were the worst pancakes anyone could make. Very obvious that cheap ingredients were being used and maximum cost saving was going on. When we asked to re heat the pol rotti also they refused coz it was a waste of gas for them. One of the family rooms - AC and fan not in working condition. They couldn't do anything to fix it. The manager and other stuff roaming around the property in shorts and t-shirt - very very unprofessional attire for a boutique hotel standard. Mr. Rashmi - the owner apparently, kept ignoring calls and wouldn't reply to msgs as soon as we confirmed the booking. We just had to deal with lakshan. When I approached Rashmi regarding the complaints also he refused to answer my calls until I called from another number!!

We found thus hotel and really enjoyed our stay. It has a lovely garden with nature all around. A nice pool. A lot of nice sitting places. The rooms are spacious with a terrace . Air conditioned. Nice shower with plenty of hot water..very relaxing...

No hot water in the bathroom, no other electric accessory works properly except room ac poor quality bed sheet and very poor vegetarian meal arrangements. This hotel doesn’t believe in providing a telephone in the room for you to seek any assistance or room service etc.

Very calm and quiet place to relax. Food was great and worth the money. Comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool area with a nice view. located in peaceful village setting which is good for nice walk.

As for my experience this place also suits for a business trip bcz this place had wifi and also it's a very calm environment.The rooms were spacious and clean the staff was very supportive.It was a great experience

This was the best place ever.the food is the best,staff were extremely professional.The place was calm and the rooms were very clean.The key point was the surrounding it was greanish and you will feel the nature

Absolutely nice environment. We were picked up at the airport by a hotel's cab(arranged earlier).and waited for us to arrive at midnight. Lovely and warming welcome from mr.jhon at the reception. All 3 nights we spent there and he was making sure we're getting everything as we need..really loved the hospitality we have received. All staff is extremely friendly. They play local cricket with kids.having remarkable evenings with joy. I would go there again for sure if I'm on vacation to south part of sri lanka.

Serenity Boutique is an absolutely wonderful hotel. The location is central and easily accessible to all the major tourist attractions in the area. The hotel itself is very well maintained and taken care of, ample amount of parking space , the rooms and pool are clean and well maintained. As a hotelier myself the service provided at this establishment was exceptional, especially the manager Mr. Nishal was of great help and went above and beyond at every chance given. Overall one of the best stays in the south of the island.
