Overall stay is very pleasant, staffs was very cooperative. Food quality was very good but somewhere little bit costly...

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Ramada Hotel today. Where we also had the great pleasure of watching the live cricket match. Thanks to our care takers Hrithik Rana and Sachin Pawar for their wonderful service and care. We really appreciate their work and they are very polite and very happy with their work and we were served wonderful food. Thank you, we will come again....

I want to Ramada by Wyndham Hotel with my family. Overall our experience was very pleasant. The food and beverage staff was very nice and the behavior was good by Ritik rana and mayank ! The quality of food .swimming pool . Cleaning was quite good .Overall the value for money and the ambulance of the property is amazing . Feels very relaxed Thanks.....

When we arrived in the hotel, they wanted our OCI’s and my under 16 children’s as well. Then they gave us a 2 bed room for 4 people. The ***ager then argued with us for half an hour as he wanted us to pay for 2 extra beds, when we clearly stated in our hotel booking that we needed a room for 4 people. The ***age continued to blame us. No where on the website does it say that children count as under 8 years old only. They wanted us to pay for the 2 extra beds and we explained to them that we booked the hotel for 4 people, which clearly means that there needs to be beds for 4 people. The ***ager continued to remind us that childrens booking is for ages 8 and under but it doesn’t say that anywhere on their website. The staff around him continued to laugh about the situation because they found it funny? Extremely rude of them. They then agreed to give us one bed free and make us pay for the other bed. The ***ager’s advice to us was ‘go find somewhere else to stay’. I found this was very unprofessional. We weren’t able to get a refund either. We went to our room and it smelled strongly of tobacco.

We went for the dinner Buffet. The buffet was good and very pleasant. The staff was very professional and polite ( Specially Ms Muskan was very good). There was lots of varieties and taste was up to the mark.I am looking forward to visit again.

Housekeeping were Excellent. Indrajit and pintu both Staff From Housekeeping are polite and Doing a great work for Visitor. Both Having Great Character and Also Serving Best. Foods and Hospitality are Amaze to you here. My Recommendation to Stay Here.
