とても居心地の良いホテルです。スタッフも気さくな人達で、とてもエンジョイ出来てます。SAFURAさん、SUDIPTAさん、SU***さん、NITYANANDさん、とても楽しい人達です。又、ホテルに泊まりたいです。レストランもとても美味しい。目玉焼きは大好きです。ジムでは、20分ほどマシーンで身体を動かして、汗をかきました。部屋に戻ってシャワーを浴びて、とても気持ちいい土曜日を過ごす事が出来ました。ぜひ、皆さんもこのホテルを活用してくださいね。。、

We are thrilled and happy to share that our recent celebration of New Year Eve 2024 at The Leela, Gandhinagar was excellent and fabulous. We enjoyed each and every moment of New year eve at The Leela, Gandhinagar, such as Hotel Amenities, Gala dinner, Musics and DJ, and the most important is their Greetings and Hospitality !! We enjoyed the lavish buffet at the Citrus ***** with live band musics and dance with DJ. At Citrus, We tried mocktail, starters, main course, live counters and desserts,.... had enjoyed varietie of dishes and the quality of food & taste was awesome. Thanks to all the Chefs. I would like to recommend couple of staff's (Mausmi from Revenue dept, Ishika from Guest Relation, Priya from Front Desk, Pankaj Somu and Preeti from Citrus Restaurant, Avijeet and Sagarika from festivity department),... as we really like their greetings, support, hospitality and the services. Overall experience was fantabulous and Superb, as we carried Lotz of Good Memories and Smiles !! My family was also very much excited and enjoyed every moment, throughout new year eve celebration !! Thank you so much ”The Leela” and all the Staff's for your great support and making our evening so special 😊 😊 Happy New Year 2025 !! 🥳🥳 🎊🎊

Our stay was amazing! After travelling from Australia, then Indonesia we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. Chef Dinesh prepared my favourite dish of a Dosa and Banbna looked after our breakfast to great satisfaction making sure we had all that we needed. The Breakfast area was clean and had a great variety of dishes. Shubham welcomed us and taught us all about the local culture. Whilst we were waiting for our ride Shubham prepared a very tasty brewed and theatrical poured coffee. Thank you to all at the Grand Mercure on our first night in India.

Flawless experience at gift city club!, staff greeted us so well, everything was already done by reception staff, check in was really smooth, room was very clean and well organised. Really enjoyed the stay

There is no window, no ventilation in a single room or the entire hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are too small. We had booked a room for 3 members and it had technically no space to fit a mattress. Also, they gave us the room exactly opposite to seating area where people kept coming all the time. The hotel is not meant for families and is used for different purposes (couples, local youngsters etc.) AVOID STAYING! The reception manager is not at all cooperative. We had a stay for 5 nights but as all of us were women, we got really uncomfortable and had to leave the hotel by the 3rd day. They did not cause any personal trouble to us. However the environment is too negative.

The staff is very polite, the property is beautifully maintained, by considering every small things, that can add to the overall experience of the guests. I left my earbuds in the restaurant, and checked out, then I reached out to them. They took care of it, and got it delivered to me in Delhi safely, and ensured, that I did actually receive the same. Quite an impressive job, by going above and beyond for the guest, who has actually checked out!! Kudos to the great hospitality!! The only drawback, it is far from the city, like around 15Kms.

We recently celebrated our wedding reception at Hillock and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we began planning, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless. The banquet hall was elegantly decorated, spacious, and set the perfect ambiance for our special day. The catering exceeded our expectations; the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and widely appreciated by all our guests. Our stay at the hotel was equally exceptional. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The staff’s professionalism and friendliness stood out—they were always ready to assist, ensuring we and our guests felt welcomed and cared for throughout our time there. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, offering convenience and ease of access for our guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host such a memorable occasion. We highly recommend it and will always cherish our time there.

これはとても良いプロパティです。ガンジーナガルの郊外に位置し、休暇に最適です。設備が整っており、スタッフはあなたを絶対に甘やかし、安心させます!アミットと彼のスタッフは、何も望まないことを確実にするために常に外に出てきています!スパの経験は素晴らしく、間違いなくお勧めです。私たちは不満がなく、全体的な経験は素晴らしかったが、パレット (レストラン) は朝食ビュッフェのオプションでより良い仕事をすることができます。純粋に食事の質の点で、室内での食事は素晴らしく、レストランの経験よりもさらに優れていると感じました。
