1. Room size very small 2. Bed size not adequate for 2 adult and one child 3.only 2 rooms have outside view others room having worst view ever. 4. Hotel surroundings are very dirty 5. Location not easily accessible by big vehicle 6. TA is just a show piece. 7. Intercom works in few room only 8. Food quality is good. 9. Linens are dirty

So we booked for 2 days in zambala but we were relocated to tushita hotel on the day of our arrival due to water shortage at zambala as informed by the manager. Our stay at tushita was below average, rooms were very congested and bedsheets were dirty.

The management is too good. They have also organised shared tour packages for us. Comfortable room, a huge window with kanchenjunga view, western toilet system are extremely fantastic. The quality of foods are also good. I recommend you all to come and stay in hotel zambala if you come in gangtok.

You have to go down 120 stairs to go mg marg, otherwise location was good and peaceful area, no extra crowd.

Location is good. 5 mins walk from m g marg. Room was neat and clean. Food was good. Staff were also good. Would definitely recommend others!

Hotel view was good and also in a ok location. But rooms were not good and clean. Bathrooms had drain flies. The basement wasn't clean and the property standing near drain. However food was awesome and staffs were good and cooperative. Having good behavior and gesture.

A beautiful and convenient hotel close the to the heart of mg marg with good network and ease of access to multiple city hotspots. Loved the onion pakodas and the timely chai served with utmost hospitality and support given by the hotel staff to help move to a different hotel by arranging can services when it was least expected of them. Prices were reasonable and the stay was nothing less than peaceful. Thank you staff of zambala for your hospitality!
