We stayed here with the our family members, it was wonderful stay..All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also near by the main road and the market. Thanks to Mr Suk *** Bhasker soring Ashim for care and support throughout the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel sumi Shangri-La deorali gangtok , all the staffs were helpful and the front office team was really cooperative. The staff of Front office namely suk*** , soring ,Bhaskar and Ashim was really helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

It's a very nice hotel with beautiful location... Staffs are very good and polite specially the receptionist Anisha... Rooms are very well decorated with nice view... All the necessary facilities are provided... Highly recommended...

It's was a good stay and the hotel is good rop way is near at hotel and the market is also near at hotel middle of the city as we enjoy alot and the staff is also friendly and kind miss Anisha and soring is polite and kind they help us for vehicle it's was good

It was a great experience having a staying in this hotel. Hotel stuffs are very humble and cooperative. We stayed with our 3.5 year old baby and he is very naughty. Generally he took time to eat but they never get irritated. Hotel stuffs are helping in nature specially Puja thapa ma'am. Food was delicious and the menu was good. Altogether it was a great experience. Thnku team captain arpan , Anup ,Usha ,Shreya , bisha, sangam ,albert for enriching our experience.
