It is a very well located place, everyone there is very friendly and the best thing is an excellent price

We have stayed at this location for over 30 years. Facility has always been perfect. Location is great. Since Wyndham took over it has gone to hell. Had confirmed reservations last April when spring break was in full swing and when we arrived at the facility we were advised that our room had been let to some college students. Took me a couple of months to get my refund. This time we checked in on the 13th as scheduled. Room had no phone, no coffee pot, no ice bucket and no lamp shades on the lamps. Bathroom has no mirrors. Had to go to office because they did not answer the listed phone. I called the reservation number and they tried to contact the desk several times and call me back and said they got no response either. The desk never answered my cell calls the entire time we were there. We got room service one out of the 4 days and I had to go to the laundry and beg for clean towels. We were in room 543 and room 545 had a bunch of barking dogs that I did not know the facility allowed dogs. Telephone was installed in our room but it would not work neither would the wifi work on my IPad. To put it plainly we will never use Wyndham facilities again.

This place is in an excellent location, that’s it. Sheets didn’t fit on the beds and kept coming off, no water pressure in the shower, our sink was clogged. The indoor pool was not heated nor was the room it was in. No towels in the pool area. Dumpsters were overflowing and trash laying everywhere in the parking lot.

We really enjoyed Le Conte Lodge. We stayed in a remodeled room that was clean and spacious. The room rate was very reasonable and Stacy at the front desk was delightful. It was perfectly located right on the Gatlinburg ***** near restaurants and attractions. This will be our go to location the next time we visit.

The heated pool didn’t work, the hot tub didn’t work, it wasn’t on any site so as far as we knew it all worked and the front office women said it said on the site that they were out which it did not. Never got clean towels or got turn down service any of the 3 days we were there. Save the money and go somewhere else.

We had a great stay! This is an older hotel that the owners have worked to update. They are doing a really good job too. Our room was clean and comfortable. The price was economical considering the hotel is directly on the parkway. Anyone that would complain about this hotel would still complain if it were free. Breakfast was reasonable with boiled eggs, breads, pastries, packaged sausage and egg croissants, cereal, juices, coffee, oatmeal, fruit, and milk. Great value for the price!

This is my favorite hotel for price, parking, location, it is not a 5 star hotel but it is good to stay for a few days, although I recommend that they have some Spanish channels on their satellite TV system (there are many Hispanics who stayed in this hotel) the front desk at night should be a little better since we were knocking for 20 minutes, the door was 15 degrees cold and the person did not come out to assist us. In short, we have had a good stay the last 10 times we have been to this hotel .

For a spur of the moment trip, it turned out great. We were late checking in, I called and gave them a heads up with a estimated time of arrival. Had a small hiccup, but was taken care of. Staff was great. They will be our spur of the moment go to.
