ガトウィックの駐車場付きホテル

First time in a Premier Inn but it won't be the last. Considerable thought has gone into the rooms and the welfare of guests and it really shows. Very impressed (particularly as I had pre-booked a Travel Lodge for the return journey and, although cheaper, I would not return). I can see why Premier scores so highly in customer satisfaction. Here is one very satisfied customer - and breakfast was excellent- a bonus!

早朝のフライトに最適で、ターミナル サウスの出発ロビーの隣、カフェ ネロの向かいにあります。デスクまたはオンラインでチェックインできます。受付の角にあるエレベーターは一般の人も利用できるようです (エレベーターに乗るには受付を通り抜ける必要がある Aerotel とは異なります)。ただし、もちろん客室のキー カードで客室フロアへの入場が制限されます。 私たちは窓のない部屋から窓のある部屋にアップグレードしてもらいました。私たちの部屋からは内部の荷物置き場が見えました。特に刺激的なことはなく、カーテンを下ろしたほうが部屋は良かったです。 さまざまな雰囲気を演出する美しい照明器具、すべての特徴が非常にモダンです。もちろん部屋は小さいですが、出発前にうたた寝するには十分です (荷物がたくさんある場合を除く)。ケトルはありませんが、5 階の小さくて冷たいサービス ルームで無料のホット ドリンクを楽しめます。 バスルームとシャワーは素晴らしかったですが、濡れた部屋でなければよかったです。乾いた場所がないと散らかってしまいます。

スタッフはフレンドリーで、清掃員の一人が私のスーツケースをエレベーターまで運んでくれました。ジムは十分な広さでしたが、エリプティカルトレーナーは機能しませんでした。トレッドミルは大丈夫でした。数人が限られたフリーウェイトで HITT トレーニングを行うのに十分なスペースがあります。 私がそこでの滞在を予約した理由の 1 つは、サウナを宣伝していたためですが、到着時にこれは事実ではないと言われたからです。これは***********の問題であり、ホテルにはサウナがなかったと言われました。どのホテルにとっても大きな財産になると思います。設備に関して 5 つ星中 4 の評価を付けた唯一の理由です。 南ターミナルまでは徒歩10分以内で簡単に行けました。ホテルのロビーにある、これまで見た中で最もクールな自動販売機。USB ケーブルや国際プラグが必要な場合に備えて。ホテルとしては素晴らしいアイデアですね！ 間違いなくまたそこに滞在したいと思います。

My husband and I stayed at this charming hotel with family to celebrate his cousin’s special birthday. Firstly, we were welcomed by very polite staff and shown to the bar as we were a little early. We were offered drinks etc. Booking into the hotel was very easy, and shown to our room which was beautiful, large, spotlessly clean and very comfy. We had a lovely four poster bed, relaxing seating, a television, tea and coffee facilities, as well as bottled water. The bathroom had a large shower, lots of hot water and a selection of toiletries to use. We enjoyed our lunch, which had a variety of choices to choose from, from sandwiches, burgers to delicious main courses and desserts. The function room was decorated beautifully in crisp white table clothes and black curtains around the room, it was first class. We had a choice of hot or cold buffet foods, all presented very professionally and all tasted just as good as it looked. We enjoyed a live band, who were amazing, followed by a disco to continue our evening. At breakfast we had a large choice from orange juice, cereals, cooked breakfast, croissants, teas and coffee etc. We could not fault our stay at this hotel, absolutely first class. All the staff were so polite and friendly and helpful. They were also all dressed so smartly. It is set off the road in large grounds, having well planted gardens. Overall, the hotel had relaxed ambiance and luxurious feel and beautifully decorated. We would recommend it in the future.
