The staff were great and really helpful. Everything was clean, the on site restaurant worked well for us. The location was great, easy to walk around town and quick drive to the mountain. We appreciated the larger hot tub. The doors/walls are a little thin as we could hear people walking down the hall and greeting each other.

Can’t adjust the hearing in the room, was 18 degrees the whole time of our stay, had to open windows

Everything was overall great about this room, except that for the price I would expect real glasses and mugs in the room, instead of plastic cups. If you are going to charge luxury hotel room prices then you need to up the game. This room costs $300 and it is no different than a room I would pay $100 for. I did partake in the hot tub and sauna, but the hot tub had an excessive amount of chemicals in it, it was super foamy like I was in a bubble bath and that was a bit disconcerting. and the shower for the hot tub was disgusting- looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Sauna was awesome and definitely a perk. Room was clean, bed was comfy and staff was friendly. We had a delicious fancy dinner at the Italian restaurant downstairs and the reason we stay here is the location. So nice to be able to walk around town easily. All in all a nice stay, just wanted to comment on those few things cause the price is really high for these rooms so my expectations are also super high.

Booked for a family ski trip, location was super convenient. Free ski bus stopped right in front, restaurant and grocery stores were close by. Room was a bit small but having the kitchenette was nice for the family. Pet friendly which was a plus.

The bedroom and bathroom are quite small. We have paid less at other hotels on our trip and had much bigger bedroom and bathroom and also had breakfast included. The counter in the bathroom was quite tiny.

We had a great stay in Rossland! Comfy rooms, great service, Small town location with lots of cute shops around, places for food, and the locate brewery.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Hotel itself was average for price. We would return because of staff, the rest of the stay was unremarkable.

Beautiful countryside and quaint city surrounding the motel. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Gabriella's was amazing fine dining experience.

Parking lot is tight but I was able to park on site. Probably wouldn’t be able to if was busy. Restaurant were great! Amenities are adequate. Bed was comfy. All good!
