受付カウンターは効率よく仕事をこなし、ユニットアパートメントへの行き方を説明してくれました。ホストが1ユニットにつき1台分の専用駐車スペースを用意してくれました。 ユニットは広々としていてとても清潔です。基本的な簡易キッチンも用意されていて、使用できます。窓の外の景色は素晴らしいです。最近は建物の前に建設現場がたくさんあり、勤務時間中は特にユニットが建設現場に面している場合は建設現場からの騒音が聞こえてきます。そのため、朝遅くにベッドから起きる予定の場合は少し面倒です。 ベッドは快適で清潔です。インターネット接続は高速（100mbps）で、在宅勤務に適しています。アパートの周りを歩く気があれば、近くにはたくさんのレストランがあります。 全体的に、素敵な旅行で、滞在中はとても満足しました。

チェックインチェックアウトが不便！チェックインの更新メッセージや電子メールプロセスはありません。間違った番号を入力して電話をかけます。 geo38 から、風車に行くように言われました。到着した風車は、家の鍵を取得するために7つのスイートに行く必要があります。次に、geo38 に戻ってチェックインします。 非常に不便です!!私

チェックインの手続きは本当に面倒でした。第三者の会社が管理するサービス アパートメントです。電子メールで部屋の鍵を受け取る場所の説明はありませんでした。鍵を受け取る場所を探すのに 2 時間も電話をかけました。アパートメントを管理している会社には顧客の連絡先番号がないと言われました。

A LOT of cockroachessss..After we complaint, they act like nothing like they already knew a lot of cockroaches inside the room and whole house. They changed a new room for us but still have cockroaches on bed, in kitchen area and living room. :)

Was a quick unplanned getaway that's why i dont bother to complain. Was really packed due to concert event. Check in was fairly easy albeit the quite pricy deposit. Biggest letdown was the lifts that caters to all 38 floors that will make you wait for a miserable time especially when all visitor check in at the same time. The apartment was spacious but there was a sewage smell and the bathroom was literally wet from ceiling leak. Again didn't bother to complaint as it was a quick stay and would be a nightmare if i stayed longer.

Price quite cheap and convenient. Too expensive deposit. Please reduce it. Otherwise all okay.

No Swimming Pool Access. Wifi was not working at all.

The place is clean and accessible to the amenities around it. The only concern is usage of lift during checkout timing. It usually get jammed up and have to wait a long while. So avoid going out during checkout timing. The customer service from 7stone is much better than Maplehome. They are more responsive to your request and enquire which make the stay more pleasant.

Although it states apartment with Balcony & 3king bed but unfortunately it has No Balcony. It's all wrongly advertised but the customer service from trip.com is so efficient and helpful to try and get me a room with Balcony. But the new room that we received had a Balcony but only with 1 king bed. First picture is the first room we got and the second picture is with the Balcony and few thin mattress to make up for the less of bed

Pls stated Ur company list Infront of your counter or offices . I didn't receive any info on deposit payment because I've been checking with the info repeatedly before choosing any of the hotel or Airbnb pls stated UPFRONT . I have queue at one operator at first and spent sometimes on queuing and then when is my turn they said it's not under their operation so pls stated clearly who is whom room U are operating . During my check out time, I dunno Ur staff is being trained or not, I was the one she should attend at first but she attend other guest instead of me personally and the said didn't saw me just saw the person who direct to the counter?? What Ur eyes see only straight object is it????? . So frustrating ...overall the house is clean nice, good smell and nice facing open unit. . Thank you

Clear sign available to guide you to the check in. Alot of food selection availble nearby without going all the way up to sky world. Ten minds driving distance to premium outlet. This is pretty much an Airbnb type of accommodation and do not expect giving hotel service. Basic amenities such as water boiler, hair dryer are available. The cleaning need to be more details as I can still see a towel of the previous guest hanging behind the door.

Super Worth it . Family of 6. 3 king bed. 1 king in bedroom and 2 bed at living room. Only 1 bathroom. Just for stay . Good enough . Kids living it.

Wonderful as always.good location to all type of F&B.convenient to shops.will recommend to everyone.
