The Prestige Hotel Penang

意外驚喜的體驗！ 首先就是第一天進門服務包括引領入套都很nice，小冰箱和咖啡那些全部免費衞生間還帶直飲水，第一天無聊給飲料全打開嚐了，第二天酒店把喝完的全補了兩瓶，沒喝完的一瓶。糖啊水啊全部翻倍！愛了！哈哈哈 其次出門右拐在右拐直走就是姓周橋，藝術街也在這邊，左拐一大堆咖啡店！愛了！滿分！

整體都很不錯，位置在老城區，很多街巷可以走到，服務很好，房間冰箱飲料都免費，每天添加，泳池有點小，但可以看到大海。

Service was amazing, check in was smooth and staff offered to carry our baggages and showed us our rooms with explanations of where each items were at. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location is great, a 5min walk from the port (ferry from Butterworth) and it is near the bus stop (CAT free bus). Overall the stay was exceptional and would definitely stay there again if I go back to Penang! :)

The staff here are not just servers; they are like friends to me. They always listen to my needs attentively and strive to make me feel comfortable and satisfied. Therefore, I deeply love Penang and The Prestige Hotel. They have created unforgettable experiences for me time and time again, filling me with endless love and longing for this city.

The staff are very thoughtful. They gave us very good service from the moment we reached. The room is very comfortable and very clean. It’s so cozy and we can have a nice cup of tea or coffee in the room at our round table. Very thoughtful. My family and I love our stay very much.

Our honeymoon at this fantastic 5-star hotel was an absolute dream! The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of all the must-see spots. The complimentary mini-bar and coffee service added a thoughtful touch to our stay. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel truly special with their warmth and professionalism – perfect for solo or couple travelers. Just a small thing, breakfast could use a bit more variety. Nevertheless, highly recommend for an unforgettable experience! 👍😊

Very clean, spacious and beautifully designed hotel. Enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely be recommending the Prestige to my friends should they ever stay in Penang
