ラマダ ジョージタウン プリンセス ホテル(Ramada by Wyndham Princess Georgetown)

I have stayed at Princess Ramada several times, but this is the first time that I had to pay a large amount just to check in a couple of hours early. Never happened before. I was very tired and hot, so I paid - not happy about it.

Room was generally clean. However, upon closer inspection there were dust and grime in some areas. Breakfast was limited but food was good nonetheless. Staff were very helpful and customer service overall was excellent.

It was okay Could do with improvements to breakfast there wasn’t much choice

Great room size and beautiful view of the river. Room looks great at first glance but the shower needs proper cleaning. Decent breakfast but staff needs training in hospitality being that this is an international hotel.

We requested a late check in which was granted. The hotel clearly states that all rooms would have a mini fridge. My sister traveled with me an must keep her insulin in a fridge. We asked 2x for maintenance to change the fridge, we were told that they couldn't do that because the rooms only have chillers not fridges. We kept on getting the run around. Towels are spare and we ordered room service 2x, it never came. I demand a refund. We had to check out early and go some where else due to my sisters insulin needing to stay cold. I was really looking forward to my trip.

The shower in the middle of the room with glass walls is not a good idea. Families cannot share these rooms. They are basically just for a single person or couples. Also, those showers need to be cleaned better.

I thought the owners were not reinvesting in the hotel. For appearance, the hotel could do with improvement with colors and lighting to avoid such a dated look. For cleanness, this could improve with cleaning supplies used by staff. my sink was rusted, and tiles looked like they were sprayed but forgotten to be wiped. the cleaning crew were timely in each day. each day they leave 2 bottles of water, this was a major plus.
