Clean property and very friendly staff. Terrible sleep as walls are paper thin and every conversation is heard. Suggest you request a room upstairs might help?

Road noise was a significant contributor to my disatisfaction with chosing this stay - price compared to other hotels

Very good value for money, is an older motel, but very clean, comfortable bed and helpful staff.

Tired,old fashioned and on need of some serious TLC.

Make sure you search the name of this resort on Google Map ... becoz the GPS will guide you to the wrong place if you search by it's address. The Front Desk is not very helpful when I called her for direction after I was lost. It's restaurant is closed for renovation & this resort is sitting on nowhere near anything within walking distance. Again the Front Desk is not very helpful making recommendation re where to eat. It's swimming pool is located between the highway & the resort ... which is an odd place to be becoz it is not quiet neither private. Quite discouraging. The room is good sized & clean nonetheless "not new". Got more TV channels than the usual which is nice. They always left the window towards the highway opened. So if you're bother by the noise, go check your windows & close them. If you prefer fresh air than A/C you can keep the bathroom's window open instead. Works well for me. There's no extra blanket in the room. So if you're feeling cold, the only thing that could save you is the A/C. Whether I would stay here again next time I'm in town ? ... may be. After all it is NOT the best nor the worst place I've been to at similar price range in the neighborhood.

Not exactly a resort! Informed at check in the restaurant was not operating yet it was well promoted on the website. Bathroom tap leaked all day and night. Won't be back!

We were disappointed that only room service for restaurant as that was one of the reasons for our booking The room very clean but needs an update! Can’t remember last time I had a hotel room with blankets on bed was as mentioned very clean

Clean ! Great. But the address given was incomplete, corner of Shellharbour Road (without any cross street) is NOT a complete address. A complete address includes a cross street or at least a street number.
