Kudos to the team of Lemon Tree Banquets led by Mr Nishikant for organizing a reception party of my younger brother on 19 April 2024. Thank you for orchestrating such a wonderful event. It was a masterpiece of planning and execution on part of banquet team. Special thanks to Mr Rawat, Head Chef, Dinesh ji and Rohit.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visit to Lemon Tree Hotel Kaushambhi for a wedding reception on 19th April,24 ( Rahul and Har****a's ) While at the buffet, I found that there were no breads available. The staff member attending the buffet advised me to wait at my table while he arranged for the breads to be served there. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes with no sign of the breads, I approached a gentle*** named Rohit (I believe he was a supervisor or ***ager) who was wearing a lemon-colored shirt. I explained the situation to Rohit, mentioning that I had been waiting for the breads for quite some time. To my surprise, instead of addressing the issue promptly, he walked me back to the buffet area, which was around 30 steps away from my table, and simply pointed out the breads, instructing me to take them myself. This was particularly frustrating for me as I was limping due to a medical issue in my leg which was evident. I found Rohit's behavior to be dismissive and very unprofessional. As a guest, I expect a little bit of courtesy if not a great service . I strongly believe that such behavior is not in line with the standards of any Star category hotel. This incident has forced me to doubt the credibility of the Brand.

Awesome experience. We booked 70 room nights . Held two events. One in the terrace and one in the Tangareine Ball room. No excess charging. They even returned unconsumed liquor which is normally rare. Staff support and organisational support was awesome and exceptional. I would recommend Lemon Tree ( EDM Mall) to anyone and everyone For stay and organising events.

Nice rooms. Both reception and restaurant staff are very warm welcoming and supportive. Though buffet variety is limited but taste of available dishes were up to the expectations. You can enjoy swimming pool and gym, if time permits. Keep it up 👍

The Lemon Tree hotel at EDM, New Delhi is perfect location for stay in Delhi. To begin with Mr. Prashant Kumar helps in booking in such a away which makes ***y things comfortable. The smiling and friendly gesture of Mr. Anoop Sharma at the reception welcomes you in such a ***ner you feel that you are at home. The best part of hospitality service is offered by Mr. Nikhil at dinning hall. He is highly energetic, friendly and cooperative and takes care of each and every guest and the food of their personal choice. Mr. Suraj and Ms. Priyanka are equally good. I was surprised to see the dedication of housekeeping trainee Ms.Jaya who keeps no stone unturned in making the entire area near and clean. It was a wonderful stay altogether.

Well the hotel is as usual very good. Chef Kunal. Nikhil and at reception Akash were awesome. Kudos to all 3. Great job team. And specially Raju he Is a great person. Buffet variety is good. Rooms were clean. Only low point I m giving is because hotel entrance is not that good like other normal hotel you have. But rest all were awesome. Thanks team for all your support.

Great service and amazing food.i really enjoyed my 25th anniversary the staff were very friendly and they all are making my memorable Jubilee and specially thanks to Mr.Rohit this guy are very friendly and proactive to full of my event. I was organized marriage function of my son. Food quality and staff behaviour are so nice specially Mr Naushad Ji he co-ordinate and help me for every movement. I think due to Mr Naushad Ji our function was finish in smooth way. I can’t for gate this party in my life. Behavior of other staff are also appreciable.

Our experience was very good to have there hospitality was really great.Mr NIKHIL was very helpful and great service it’s been really nice to get some rest and enjoy everything . Food was really nice and tasty. Most important reception persons.
