We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My children and I enjoyed the on-site water park. The rooms were lovely and clean. We plan to make this our go to place to rent. I wish check in was earlier than 6pm but other than that everything was good.

Property layout is confusing Check in experience was great but the overall service standards for a resort was definitely below satisfactory. The water collections were nice but I think I may choose a different resort in the future

We loved the place when we pulled up and all good at check in, but the room smelled like old carpet kinda, it’s that musty old smell and when it rains water soaks the carpet on the inside by the patio door! Also at 730 am on a Saturday the golf crew decided they need a loud speaker to talk to people 10 feet away! I know it’s a golf resort… I work at one… no need and pissed me off! Cool place tho just don’t care for phoenix so give it a try but I won’t be back. 👍

The room had full bags of trash in it upon arrival. Called and texted the front desk multiple times for items to be delivered to our room that never showed up. The last night my girlfriend and I spent some time in the hot tub and we both got pretty severe chlorine rash.

We had a gymnastics competition there and the facilities were so convenient and catering!! We got to have a party in the waterpark! Loved having multiple pool/hot tub options as well!

The property is located next to a highway in a not so great part of town. The room doesn’t look quite like the pics which hide the fact that the sink is in the bedroom. The beds also took a toll on the backs of all 5 people in our group to include 3 fit kids. We were in a suite that was frankly not as nice as a holiday inn express at 3x the price. Let’s not forget the 6pm check in (they got us in early so in our case it worked out) and resort fee. The service was fantastic and the lone bright spot. The lobby was nice and maybe the restaurants really knock it out of the park. I really hate to give negative reviews but this was a real let down.

Although the property seems nice, there seemed to be allot of maintenance. All the young kids working there are very arrogant, especially at the water park. And every thing costs. $70 for dinner, park fees, room fees, room service fees $33 for 3 drinks and 2 candy bars. Only 1 swirly slide. Honestly we were disappointed after what we paid.
