We absolutely LOVED our stay here, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, we had the best night sleep, and the shower was so powerful it woke us up well, the breakfast was lovely, it's a great location to ibrox!! Will definitely go again!!

For the first time ever I phoned reception to complain about the noise. There was a function going on downstairs that was so obnoxious. When I called reception the guy who answered just sighed, told me that he'd had several complaints and the music would continue until 12.45... The corridor was SO noisy. All the doors are set to slam closed. And slam they do.... I was travelling with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a terrible night's sleep. Staff didn't ask how my stay was or how I'd slept when checking out. As a frequent traveller I think that's the first time this has happened. Probably just as well as I'd have told them.... The room was clean but there was no shampoo in the container in the bathroom. Very basic. Saving grace was the swimming pool. Especially with a 10 year old. We were allowed to swim in the morning which really cheered her up.

Reasonable room would stay again

Great experience. Just stayed one night for a concert at the nearby Ovo Hydro but everything was excellent

Great find really nice hotel in a very handy place. Perfect for the Hydro. Huge car park nice rooms nice staff nice bar. Only drawback is the daft self checkin which is a pain. Luckily there was someone there to do checkout it the traditional in person manner which is way way better.

Booked 1 night stay for first time and paid for breakfast . On checking in was told wrong times for breakfast so missed it by 10 minutes the following morning . Apparently no compensation can be give just apologised for staff error very poor service

Reception welcome was good. We had a Club Room. Room itself was huge with a large comfortable bed. Access to pool / sauna etc was a nice benefit. Being picky it would have been nice to have choice of hot chocolate in the room and at breakfast. Also better choice of biscuits in room. Also providing conditioner as well as shampoo and body wash would be a nice touch. We had dinner in the restaurant which was fine. Breakfast was ok, pretty basic. But overall a great stay.

Nice hotel, in a good area. Bit of a building site next to the hotel. The rooms are a bit basic for the cost. Gym is excellent and pool is good. Food at breakfast was very good - not a load of choice but well cooked.

Lovely clean hotel, a little way outside of the city centre (2.5 miles), but ideal for SEC / Hydro / BBC Scotland etc. Really friendly staff, great facilities in the gym & pool. We ate in the restaurant on Friday night, food was "ok" - we knew it wasn't going to be gourmet, but was tasty, hot and quickly served. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, should I be back in the Glasgow area.

We had a really great night. The service and check in were fab. Really friendly staff. Room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and a lovely breakfast as well. We will definitely be back x

Stayed here a few times now, always excellent. Staff are fantastic and spot on helpful. Facilities are brilliant, spotless and clean. Whole place is brilliant and the food was top notch!

I stayed three nights while away from work and on the first night I was in a room With a connecting door and I heard everything from the couple next door. And I mean everything! I asked to move and the staff were very nice about it. Also, breakfast wasn’t amazing, and the orange juice was watered down!
