The Staff were so accommodating especially those on the front desk. There was ample parking which was complimentary. There was a lovely seating area/library and a large bar area which had a great buzz throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean with rituals amenities throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room well appointed with Nespresso machine, tea making facilities, safe etc. The breakfast was a la carte and was great and had a wide range of options for all dietary needs aswell as a buffet area with pastries, cereals etc. Castlecomer itself has a few shops and some nice bars and Kilkenny town is only a short drive away. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel as it gives an authentic feel for Irish Hospitality.
