La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Glenwood Springs

Nice hotel. They were not able to help me with my cancelation request because I booked through trip.com which apparently I was told by the desk clerk that "they don't work with them" which I find odd considering I was able to book a room with them via trip.com. This was disappointing. I feel this needs a second look.

Need to clean your blankets I was grossed out by the amount of other people’s hair on the blankets. Disgusting 🤮.

A place close to many conveniences such as the Glenwood Hot Springs, a gas station, many restaurants, and shopping stores. The condition of the overall hotel is more like a sub-standard motel 6. It may have been converted in a Quinta Inn after it was occupied by another brand. It's definitely not new and even smells old. But the rooms are OK. The breakfast is better than most with more selection and a large eating area. I asked about a place to fill up my water bottle but the employee said there wasn't any place like that in a hotel but I could buy bottles water at the front desk. No thanks. Also the gas station across the street is convenient to get snacks.

We like their full breakfast, but after 4 nights it was annoying to eat the same food. Coffee is bad, water with coffee flavor. On reception there is tea station with honey which is very good to have in the morning before you go ski. Overall good, location, service, price and easy parking. Feels like renovations coming in near future compare to previous years, so don't miss it guys;)

This location was convenient to the Hot Springs and I-70, but there were some internal items that need to be addressed. 1) Many of the elevator floor lights are not operating. Going down to the the Fitness Center/Pool area was quirky. "CR" is the very bottom floor, but after pushing the button, you are unsure where you ended up and the door does NOT open. I thought I was stuck, but had to push the "Open Door" button, for it to open, then NO immediate signs directing you to the Fitness and/or Pool. 2) Room refrigerator made a constant "whooshing" sound at the top 2-3 level settings. Annoying. 3) Surprisingly, there were NO streaming channels (Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc, to be able to choose a movie or series. 4) Some customer walked down the hallway with muddy shoes, obvious which room they were in. For 2 days solid, the dried mud remained in the hallway. Surely there is a vacuum cleaner to simply keep the hotel relatively clean. Personally, we would not stay here again. It wasn't terrible, but there are better hotel options we've experienced within a mile or so of this La Quinta location.

Best continental breakfast we have ever had. So many options. Room and facility was clean, staff was very nice. Overall a good experience

Kids were running up and down the hall and yelling until nearly midnight and woke us up twice. I had to tell them three times to be quiet.

Staff was friendly in greeting us upon arrival and assisting with check in. Location is conveniently located close to the springs with good walkable options for meals. Enjoyed the continental breakfast as offered a good variety.
