老舊，早飯很差

The tv was crap. Thier breakfast is horrible and its only friday-sunday. Other than those over all decent property and friendly staff

The beds were TERRIBLE! We were at the end of a hall on ground floor with an exit door next to our room, and people were in and out of the door ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! I really have to wonder if something illegal was going on. We will never stay there again!

The girl checking us in and out was friendly and fast. The hotel needs allot of tlc. Breakfast consist of a half gallon of milk (no cups) and some stale muffins. :/

Facility needs an update we was on the 4th floor the door to our room had to be slammed to close a hole in the inside door. Pillows were flat. Heater wasn’t even plugged in. Went to the front desk Saturday night after standing for 10 minutes the lady came off the elevator.

Nice place! Shower water takes a bit to get warm but besides that and walk next to daughter somewhat dirty it was good. Could use paint in shower areas above tub looks dirty and grimey. We didn’t do breakfast because reviews made it sound like it was wrapped items and not much.

When entering what seemed to be a clean room, my wife stepped in something sticky under the bed. So that tells me that they do not clean well. Also the toilet kept running. The staff took care of those to issue right away. The bed was broke down. high in the center and low on the top and bottom. Hotel needs renovation. Breakfast had only muffins and bagels and juice machine was down one morning.

We chose not to stay here. We tried to ck in a little early, but upon seeing the front desk and lobby area, we were disappointed in the poor conditions. We understand it was booked as non-refundable. As a courtesy to the hotel, we called and let them know that we would not be checking- in so that they could rebook for another guest of needed.

Breakfast was the worst part about the hotel. They have a fridge with nothing in it. Only served wrapped food they bought at the dollar general down the street. No cereal or bread for toast. They had juice but only served orange juice. They served wrapped up bagels but only gives you butter and jelly to eat with it instead of cream cheese.

Hotel was amazing especially for the price! It’s right around everything. We planned to do so we never had to drive long to get anywhere unless it was going to Gatlinburg but that’s far from this area no matter what! Our room was a little worn down and some things that had been repaired weren’t done well, none of which were detrimental to our stay, but it didn’t have carpet which is a plus for me! My only complaints would be we always struggled to get our key card to work and would have to try it quite a few times or we had to get new cards once, so I think they need those replaced. Especially since other guest mentioned it in passing Another issue was that the breakfast wasn’t really great and was only 2 choices of prepackaged snack cakes. Would have preferred more or even the option for cereal and milk. But again that didn’t really make or break the trip for me! Overall I’d definitely stay here again we really enjoyed our stay here!!

Initially, the room i was given was trashed, but the replacement was excellent. The only downside was the $80 deposit(which i still havent got back as of 12/10) was not returned yet Other than that the staff and room were very good

It was amazing the view and the location, a little sad about the cleaning.

The cleaning staff leaves a little to be desired. Checked into my room in my room. Wasn't cleaned with the maid. Had checked off on it and said it was clean.. hotel is under renovations

Our room had mold in the bathroom ceiling, dirty walls, and the microwave was smelly and obviously never cleaned out. There was no daily cleaning. Trash never removed and beds never remade.
