老牌連鎖酒店，房間較小，不過沒有大行李也是可以，服務很好，環境也不錯

the bed was horrible sleeping in a bunk i was not able to sleep properly all other aspects were fine

The hotel has a parking place, but it is very narrow. And it is not free. They will let you know about that only after you drive in from the gate and take a receipt that you need to show in the reception. English of the receptionist was well enough. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Bed was horrible, because it was way too soft. Someone might like it though. Wi-Fi worked fine. I have been to several ibis Styles hotels in Poland and so far this was the worst.

Don’t recommend staying in this hotel. At first glance it looked good - convinient parking places, spacious family room, clean, at reasonable price, but..... You can't sleep at night as the hotel is located on a very busy road and you can hear all the cars, trucks, bikes engines and speeding up during the night. And believe me the noises which come out of these vehicles in Bielsko-Biała, I suppose most of them old ones, is crazy... Our daughter asked us before going to bed of we forgot the window open, because she could hear the engines so loud and clear as if she was standing at the street. And hygiene - nobody was wearing a mask in the in restaurant and nobody from the hotel personnel was checking on that. On top of that most of the hotel guests had running noses and we're coughing and you could hear the noises of that....

I always use this hotel when I am travelling with my family. It's clean, they have family rooms-that's a huge advantage. Nice breakfast, not a lot of dishes but it was really tasty and fresh. Good service and I love Fiat 126p in lobby :)

The hotel is a bit dated in the room, a little run down but comfortable for 1 night. Wi-fi not great.

Great place to stay. Amazing receptionist! I was travelling to Warsaw with my family from Croatia and we stayed here for the night. All family members were very satisfied, including myself, my wife and kids. I can definitely recommend this hotel

A really pleasant hotel which was well located for my purposes. There is a bus stop right outside for easy access. Reception was quick and helpful. I decided to eat at the hotel and the food was well cooked and delicious.
